The swimming pool and steam room. Friendly staff.

My second night, my room was freezing 🥶. The heater was not suitable to heat the room and when i asked for extra heater there were none left available. Also I hadn’t been informed that they didn't serve food on a Sunday, that was disappointing. After a good first night stay, this second night was so very disappointing. Shame.

Good location, great to have pool and gym facilities, nice food, friendly staff. Chelsey was exceptional. Dealt with room problem promptly and exceeded expectations. Lovely room, great shower. First night of two was excellent.

AC didn't work, fan provided, but hardly moved the air. Room not quite soundproof, but with the window closed you couldn't hear the very busy road and the noise from the hallway and and parties around the building couldn't be heard. Disappointed that there was no fridge in the accessible rooms. Lot's of plug sockets, but none on one side of the bed.

Spacious rooms and well situated for our purposes.

Room was big enough to accommodate more than a single desk chair.

The steak was hard to bite. I wanted it fully done but unfortunately it was Still hard for me.

The rooms are REALLY spacious, the beds are huge and comfy, and the staff are friendly too. This was our second stay (we come to visit friends nearby) and we’d come back again. The bonus on this visit was discovering the pancake machine that’s part of the buffet breakfast, really perfect pancakes at the press of a button!

Nothing. If I really had to choose something it would be the lack of a hook for the hanging up of a towel, but this was a really minor thing as the facilities in general are great. Good shower products, good tv, air con, iron etc

We really enjoyed our stay! Very friendly staff and amazing facilities. The spa and the gym were very clean and not too crowded. We also like the outside space near the forest ☺️ The breakfast selection was huge

It was a wedding but it didn't bother us at all.

Breakfast is great!! Staff are awesome. They are Honest…. they make mistake and charge me which it should not be but they honest and refund and offer me a free drink! Mistake can happened so no worries. So the communication at reception is great, no barrier and I feel great. Even my daughter said those women are lovely…! And she was upset when we have to go home! I’ll be back if we get invited for Corby in the future! Thank you everyone and thanks for making our stays great, enjoyable and relaxing.

I could not go in pool! Haha BUT it not your fault. But what could I say for any dislike… Nothing I can think of! (Maybe need get play or safe area for kids to play around)

I love that this property was so clean and inviting. they had everything we needed and more. the staff were so kind and very relatable to us. bar staff were top notch we were always checked on to make sure we didn’t need anything else. the beds were so comfortable the room was a great size for two of us. loved the little note from the cleaner (Sandra) telling us to enjoy our stay. there were instructions where to leave the towels if they have been used and need washing. beds were beautifully made room and corridor smelt so good. plenty of storage, the showers pressure was great and it didn’t take ages to heat up. we had a room at the front of the hotel and even though we were next to a main road it was so quite and relaxing.

there could of been more milk and sugar available in the room. but this wasn’t so much of a problem as we could go to reception and they had it there. also maybe some extra towels in the wardrobe. we went swimming and used the towels in the room and we didn’t have spear ones to actually have a shower with. but again you can get them from reception. maybe having an online booking system for pampered and polished would be great. as we went to have treatments but we couldn’t get through on the phone to book through.
