Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good

Restaurant-Average food, very overcooked chicken.small servings and some of the more expense I have encountered on my travels.

Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ottima la colazione e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere molto pulite.

Struttura classica stile anni 80

Nella camera non c’è una presa schuko nemmeno in bagno… per computer e phon e indispensabile , in camera nessun servizio che possa giustificare ne il prezzo richiesto ne tantomeno le stelle dell hotel ..colazione dozzinale… anche scarsa

Mas a localização se for para conhecer os pontos turísticos não recomendaria! Não é culpa do hotel pois, a estação fica uns 10min de caminhada mas, a estrutura de locomoção na cidade, terrível! Parece pais de terceiro mundo! Se estiver fazer tour na Itália, na cidade de Florence , o transporte público é bem aquém por ser uma cidade da euro. A cidade é bem suja, o transporte foi a pior experiência de toda a Europa! Lembra muitas cidades pobres do Brasil.

Good hotel, nice for business, no noise, clean and rooms quite big. Good stuff, helpful and gentle. There was a light broken in the bathroom the First day, then afterwork it fixed and I didn't say anything, very good.

The location and entrance are not the best. The restaurant doesn't have big selection but anyway very good.

Friendly staff, quick checkin process, extremely clean rooms, also the free covered parking is a huge bonus. We loved everything about the hotel

Room and interior decoration were fine.

This is the least pet friendly hotel I have visited. They demanded €25 for the dog for the night, But wouldn't allow him to be left in the room unaccompanied nor could he go into the bar, restaurant or breakfast rooms. So we couldn't eat in the hotel. The hotel is in a rubbish industrial and poor apartment area with no decent restaurants anywhere near. The outside of the hotel looked like a prison and the surrounding area looked so rough we drove straight past not realising we had arrived. There was nowhere anywhere near the hotel to exercise a dog! If that wasn't bad enough a digger started up at 07.00 in the morning right outside our room.
