Room fine, nice touch having kettle and tea sachets. The hotel is situated a reasonable walking distance to the Roman amphitheatre and with a couple of restaurants close by.

The person on reception when we arrived was on the phone and the call appeared to be a personal one. She continued the call whilst checking us in...at least 4 to 5 minutes and was still on the phone as we found our way to the stairs. She seemed to be on the same call 5 or 10 minutes later when others were checking in. Very unprofessional! We were also disappointed to discover when we came back from a walk into town that the restaurant was not open at the weekend...we stayed on a Saturday night. Perhaps the receptionist might have pointed out which facilities were or were not available had she not been preoccupied with her phone call. And although we were quite happy to use a public parking space outside the front door, it was surprising that we were not told about the secure parking at the rear.

Breakfast was tolerable although the staff was not caring

after an unfriendly "welcome" we moved into the run-down, shabby room on the ground floor, which was in such an intolerable condition so we had to change it. only after we threatened to change to another hotel the lady offered another room (initially no room was available). The other room was just not better. the wallpaper is coming loose in the walls, deposits in the toilet, etc... Finally we slept better in the car despite 90 euros for a smelly shabby hotel room.

Dark and cool room. Very good location. Lidl and many other shops and restaurants are nearby.

The cleanness was perfect.

late check in as was driving through France from Barcelona. it served the purpose to get some sleep before hitting the road again.

Asked for a low level floor, didn’t get. Pillows and bed was a little hard. we wasn’t offered the secured parking.

Everything went well, including the cleanliness of the room, breakfast, and the service from the staff.

A correct room for the price... But nothing special.

Upon entering the room it smelled damp, turns out parter k take my socks off that the carpet was wet in places around the bed and bathroom area.
