Stuck to the floor in the bedroom. More like a hostel than a hotel. Very budget accommodation but without a budget price tag. Definitely cost more than advertised. Would never come back here again even if someone paid me! Not even fit for a dog!

This hotel was booked four months ago,with a specific request for an accessible room for disabled person,with a telephone call to the hotel to confirm this arrangement. Upon arrival we were allocated a room which was not what we had requested. Approach the reception and was informed that they had No available accessible rooms as some one had stayed the day before and asked to stay another night. The room given us was totally unacceptable, my wife is severely disabled and can hardly stand or walk. There was no room for her wheelchair, and it would not go through the door into the bathroom . I complained bitterly to the hotel and they did offer me a 15% reduction but this was poor compensation for the discomfort and agony for my wife.

Very nice and cozy place, room is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to my friends or colleagues this hotel. Breakfast did not used we have an early appointment in restaurant in Bordeaux.

in the middle of an industrial estate, small room, up a flight of stairs and no lift.

Room offered immediately even though I arrived 3 hrs ahead of agreed arrival time. Food in the evening was excellent Reception staff extremely helpful

Bed was a bit hard Confusing location of light switch for the bathroom (behind the toilet in RED) - thought it was Danger sign

Excellent breakfast. Only thing wrong was that we could not use the cabinets with the drinks and crispscetc as the key had been lost.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room is basic but clean and comfortable, ideal for business travel but not a holiday etc.

perfect for travelling onto spain with a dog too. 5 minutes to get back onto the road heading to spain. 3.5 hours to Burgos from here.

for anyone who likes to dry their hair there wasn’t a dryer

I could not charge my electric car, this was the reason I choose this hotel

At late arrival (00:15), the keys could be picked up behind the window of the room. The keys were found indeed but they didn't work. Calling the reception didn't work either since the call remained unanswered. Luckily our youngest daughter was able to climb inside and open the door from the inside.
