I enjoyed the whole experience

Rooms were well laid out and equipped and generous in size. Restaurant was very good.

A little bit out of the way with some of the roads very narrow. Could make it challenging in winter.

International room so no opening window and ac not running at its best , but once reception knew they put it to maintenance and hopefully fix for the next guest

Breakfast - really not much choice. What was served so tasty but for the price I would expect to be able to order from the menu smocked haddock, porridge or something else. The continental breakfast - super poor choice. Only cereal or fruit salad available. There is room for improvement. I also have to mention here that in my opinion you should have more staff on the floor during breakfast service. It really felt like you a super understaffed. Maria was absolutely brilliant. I have to say that! It would be great if she could get more help! There was no one present on the host station.

Pool changing room floor dirty. Long wait to get through to health club then all treatments fully booked for the duration.

Dinner was quite expensive.

The facilities in the hotel were excellent, spa and swimming pool were lovely and all included. Staff were all very pleasant. Only disappointment was some of the food in the restaurant wasn’t edible and stocks wee very low. Although breakfast was very good and well supported! 🤗.

A few items in the snack bar/restaurant had ran out. Crisps provided with sandwiches (although Gluten Free) were awful.

Fantastic facilities, very clean, nice rooms with everything you need. Lovely sized bed and very comfortable. Flat screen tv with plenty of choice.

Missed sign for reception and entered via leisure complex. Tricky to work our way through to reception. Couldn’t find the stairs

Great Leisure club, individual lodge for my family to relax. Elemis toiletries.

Cooker instructions were faded and unreadable and need renewing but maintenance came quickly to help decipher them! Pudding flavour was substituted but my guests were only asked if that was ok as the plate was put down. Noisy pumped water system in lodge.

It is quiet and out of town. The room was an interior one so no views. The staff at the front desk were welcoming.

Having booked a table for dinner no one seemed to know what was happening. When the meal came it was fine

Booked double room and checked in online in advance for two. Room had only one set of pillows on bed, one cup, one set of towels and one glass and one biscuit. Water damage to bottom of bathroom door.

The staff are very friendly - especially the young lady at reception who was super helpful after we arrived after a 7 hour car journey. Room is very comfortable, breakfast is excellent. Has a nice atmosphere.
