Great food, pool, bedroom and staff. Highly recommended.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The Interior of the hotel in general, doors walls etc need painting and carpets updating. Sound proofing between rooms is poor. Food in the restaurant was not nice and was very expensive. I ordered salmon which cost 25euro and it was dried out and hard.

The sink in our room was blocked and we notified the reception desk twice. Was not rectified.

The photo of the room I stayed in had 2 tvs in it but there was only 1 in my room, I also wasn't able to use netflix on the tv even though it says it can, this was a big negative for us as we like to watch tv in the evening so we had to watch it on our phones which isn't ideal considering the price we paid for the room

Molt tranquil i nomès a 10 minuts en cotxe del centre de Galway. Personal magnífic. I bon servei de cuina per sopar.

Breakfast was a let down , stale pastries , buffet breakfast hot food was sitting there quite a while and eggs were over cooked , booked in for 10am and was told not more fresh food as breakfast was over , orange juice was bad quality

One night the draft beer I ordered was disappointingly warm. They tried fixing but didnt achieve. No issue not charging me tho.

We stayed in 2 rooms, 2 adults 2 kids and Granny. We checked in Online the evening before, straight to the room which was perfect.
The hotel is clean , staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food and drink are very good. We used the pool with the kids and they loved it. We will definitely be back .

Only negative i can think of and i really had to try would be that there was a shower curtain instead of a shower door. I really couldn't fault this hotel. If you have kids its ideal.

Overall a lovely place, kids enjoyed themselves
Breakfast was not great, bacon was very dry,however when we ordered room service breakfast the second morning,it was much better.

Shower was broken, tv didn’t work, power points didn’t work, toilet sit was broken, breakfast was average but the bacon was horrible. Staff were unhelpful, and not great communication. Staff need a lot of training

Staff was a bit slow at dinner and at breakfast to seat us and to take orders but other than that they were lovely

Swimming pool needs some renovation, stream room worked very poor, swimming pool and spa area is dirty, dirty spots. Water in the main pool a bit cold.
The price rate is very high and there is no price difference if you stay 4 people in the room or 2 people in the room, the price is the same, not fair.

Lovely place to stay. The decor is a bit outdated but everyone was wonderful warm and welcoming. The room was great. AC was top notch. Bathroom was clean and kept well. The bartenders were so genuinely kind and knowledgeable. This is a great place to stay and I wanted to say thank you kindly for a great sleep.
