It was a great location. Just a short walk (5-10 mins) to town centre. Safe area with lots of B&Bs. Lots of parking available on site. Friendly reception. Good information given and marked on a map to orientate us.
Not a traditional B&B as no breakfast included. But more of an Air BNB room. Nothing wrong with this unless guests expect breakfast. No issues as lots of small cafes available are n the walk into town centre.

Location was great. The room was clean and comfortable.
It was my most expensive booking and it was by far the smallest room (as in barely enough room for the bed and no place for my suitcase) and located just off the street and it was without any charm.

We liked that it was in easy walking distance to the town center. It was clean.
The facility was very basic for the money. One folding chair with a torn seat. The seam in the carpet was coming apart and the carpet tacks were poking through. Some shampoo, etc in the bathroom would have been nice. There was no real housekeeping. I think someone came into our room because the windows were open and the garage emptied but we used the same mugs for 3 days. In a row of b & bs, no breakfast.

Excellent location; walking distance to all restaurants, theatres & pubs in Galway city. The Free safe parking was a big bonus.
Noise levels throughout the night/early morning were high at times as we stayed on the ground floor close to the door. Ear plugs would have resolved this but I forgot to pack some.

we were attacked by the owner's hysterical wife for no reason and then thrown out of the room in the middle of the night. Shock 😲

the owners were lovely - thoughtful and helpful, but didn’t hover. very clean. great water pressure, but nothing too fancy. very comfortable. absolutely loved the sky light upstairs

B&B room the price of a hotel... No breakfast which was a surprise and really disappointing.

The location was wonderful, about a 4-5 minute walk to the Latin Quarter. Even though it was on a busy street, we didn’t hear any street noise and slept soundly. Adrien was friendly, prompt with his communication and gave great suggestions for things to do in the area.
It would have been nice to have Netflix or Amazon Prime on the television.

Adrian and trish were both very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely, so comfortable. Shower was great & water was always hot. Ideal location. Would stay again. Highly reccomend. 5*

Location was great. Close to the city centre. Within walking distance to everywhere.
Plenty of car park spaces if you have a car.
I knew when I booked the accommodation that breakfast was not included in the price. I thought that I could pay for the breakfast on the day. Was staying 4 nights. Was told when checking in that they weren't cooking breakfast at all due to covid. Found this odd because in other bed & breakfasts I have stayed in during this summer, they have cooked breakfast. As a result it was quite expensive. Not great value for money.
While the room was a decent size, the bathroom was tiny.

Warm welcome, small but spotless room, very good value and safe location. Short walk to Eyre square and the city centre. Free parking is a big bonus.

The location was so close to downtown we were able to park and walk super easily. We also really enjoyed the bed and the owner is super nice - he saw us struggling to lock our door and helped us out.
The sink in the bathroom was quit small, but I don’t expect what I want everywhere I go.
