It was nicely decorated and good service.
The rooms don’t have phones. No fridge in the room.

Location was convenient and it was well laid out
It was tired and fairly limited. The Spa felt crowded and in need of updating. The music in the spa was very intrusive and occasionally even fell into white noise. The pools were ok but not well planned

Staff welcome and the grounds
ordered breakfast to the room and it didnt arrive - very disappointing. Also there was a spot of blood on a pillow

Beautiful setting, relaxing ambience, lovely treatment, such friendly staff on reception, for room service & in spa.
We went as a couple & saunas are in changing rooms, so this is a shame we cant go in a sauna together.
There are also quite a few stairs for a spa. Shame not all on one level

I have been here a few times, the last time I stayed was last summer. the facilities and location are fantastic.
We didn’t have bath robes in our room so had to go to the pool in towels which was quite embarrassing we asked the spa for a bath robe however we were ignored. The bar staff EXTREMELY rude and no one present, seems to be no available staff around the bar. No water etc in room.

Check in excellent, quick, very friendly and informative. Beautiful pool spa area.

all was very nice, staff and the spa was lovely
the room we stayed in had air flow in the bathroom unable to turn off and the fan kept us awake from the early hours of the morning!
