property was as it looked like on the internet no false advertisement, so it was really good , because our previous villa was totally the opposite

needs a bit more of scrubbing around the taps in the bathroom both in tub and in the shower and the sinks , the nets at the top of the shower needs to be fixed cause mosquitoes will eat you alive ,

Location! Near cafes and a laundromat

Villa furnishings and appliances were not well-maintained. Bedroom was clean though.

Breakfast was nice, staff were nice

Air conditioner did not work properly. it was regassed at one stage but temperature built up again. We were given a fan and told that is the best they can do. One night my husband had to sleep on the floor in the lounge room so he was cool. Black and green mold near the pool. Pool was constantly dirty and had a leak, and we had to empty the basket and re fill the pool just about every day. The shower downstairs was the worst shower I have had in my life and water went everywhere. Lights flickered. No kitchen wipe or tea towels, pipes leaked upstairs with water running down the stairs. There was no "do not disturb" sigh for the front door. Furniture and fittings run down. Bath towels were old and stained. Sheets had holes.

air con is not strong enough. so hot in the day time. jacuzzi drainage not good and dirt coming out of the spouts.

Very spacious, good location.

I know its a first world problem but the pool was cold! Doesn't get enough sun due to being more of a courtyard area. We usually love spending lots of time in the pool while on holiday in Bali and having a swim in the evenings too, but our pool was really too cold to get in there very often. The villa was a bit run down but very spacious.

service is amazing, daily cleaning of villa, staff also come at night to place mozzie coils and spray room, turn down your bed at same time, pool is cleaned daily also, would happily stay again

a couple of mornings our breakfast was delivered cold, and powdered milk was all that was offered for our morning coffee

It was extremely noisy at the property. At all hours of the night and early morning there was constant loud voices and music playing. I was not advised that there could be a noise problem. This was a very unpleasant stay.
