Fantastic location buffet breakfast very good and well maintained grounds

One bathroom for 5 people was a stretch, having to go down stairs during the night to use the toilet was very annoying. The fact that we booked a room with two toilets and were given one toilet was very disappointing.

location is superb, beachfront and close to shopping/bars etc. breakfast is the best we have had. pools are good although some people claim the sunbeds for the whole day! toilets well located around resort.

don't let people place towels on sunbeds until they are actually using them, ie. no saving beds before breakfast.

The location although it was expensive as waterfront but you can no longer see the ocean

Reserving chairs around the pool needs to be monitored we could never get a sun bed as people reserve and then go out for the morning leaving towels

Breakfast was excellent with a great range. Spa is beautiful.

Bar/pool food was basically burgers. Would have been good to have traditional dishes. Drinks extremely pricey.

Location is purely why we stayed here. Wasn’t the room I thought I had booked but was nice though.

Staff didn’t recognise us when ordering food and asked us to check in, I’m guessing they must have issues with non guests wandering in off the beach these days. Breakfast service was a bit slow. Had to ask constantly for water, tea & coffee.

Didn't like screaming kids at pool all the time or hearing people from other rooms room doors always banging the cost of water was poor rooms to expensive

We were upgraded to a bungalow after noise issues on the first night which were nice.

We started in a standard room at the back of the property and were kept awake by extremely loud music until 1am. Whilst the music is not the hotel’s fault they cannot expect people to pay to occupy these rooms. Property is very run down.

We loved every thing about the Legian Beach Hotel, the staff was amazing, the gardens were a pleasure to stroll through, both pools were used each day, th swim up bar got a little crazy in the afternoon which was cool for the atmosphere with lots of fun.

Le personnel était adorable et à nos petits soins. Le complexe de l’hôtel était vraiment très appréciable avec plusieurs piscines, un spa, plusieurs restaurants et bars. C’était un plaisir d’avoir la plage à deux pas. Notre chambre était incroyable !

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with with welcoming smiles and a speedy check-in A beautifully presented Buffet breakfast daily, with so many choices. The staff were so welcoming with beautiful smiles and very attentive to your needs. Our room was clean and cool, the bed was extremely comfortable. It didn't matter where you ran into staff they always took there time to say hello. The pool and grounds were well maintained

Noisy air conditioning. Old bath towels . Mini bar very basic just 4beers in it. No soft drink no juice no water no spirits or wine.

The villa was excellent, very roomy and clean. The staff were super helpful. The beach across the road was great, not a calm beach suitable for young children to swim, but great for surfers and teens. The breakfast had an excellent selection.

I was a bit disappointed with the food. I would say out of our three weeks in Bali, it was the most disappointing place to eat.

The room size and pleasant gardens. The housekeeping staff were lovely.

The pool areas were quite small and no loungers available at poolside. Over priced, paid over $300 per night and was expecting more wow factor. A lot of noise at night.

I stayed in a Villa and the amenities were exceptional. My family also stayed in seperate rooms. Their rooms were great too. The location was perfect. The adults only pool was a breath of fresh air when you dont have little kids. The swim up bar and service was wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful. We had 2 special dinners whilst there. We enjoyed the royal feast for my birthday and we also had the Tepanyaki. Both incredible.

The first family room my family was shown smelt musty and was a little cramped. They moved to a second room. The same. The third room was wonderful. Make sure you speak up if unhappy with the room. The hotel did not charge extra for the nicer room. I was very happy with the outcome.

We love everything about our stay but mostly the staff are very friendly, the location is great and it's much quieter than being in Seminyak. We also love the food. We couldn't fault any of our meals and the cocktails are excellent.

We booked a teppanyaki dinner at 8pm but the previous group were way overdue and we did not want to wait any longer, also no one else would be joining the two of us. Went to the restaurant downstairs but both our main meals were awful so a disappointing last night.

Brilliant seaside location of resort, awesome breakfast and restaurant food, very helpful staff. Super comfortable bed, pillow menu, beautiful grand premier pool villa.

Offered "upgrade" from premier pool villa to grand premier pool villa, for which we happily paid an additional US $40 per night. The Villa itself was spectacular and definitely worth the money if it had been located anywhere else..... Unfortunately it was tucked tightly into the corner of the property near the beach, with very busy roads within just metres of our bed on two sides. Sadly the local bike gangs enjoyed dragging down the beach road every night of our stay, mostly between midnight and 3am. If I wasn't feeling so sick from acute bronchitis (three doctor's visits in 6 days), I would definitely have asked to be moved, I just didn't have the energy to pack and unpack again. This was definitely no upgrade in my opinion, not a single night of peace.

The pool was clean. Breakfast was gòod and we ate dinner in the restaurant on 2 occasion.

My wife requested a softer sleeping pillow as the 4 in the room were extremely hard. She was offered a airline neck pillow. After another request for a softer pillow she was presented with a latex pillow and a security deposit of 1,600,000rp. We returned the useless pillow the next morning.
