It was a huge property. We explored most of the hotel and even went bowling.

The staff was polite.

We were unexpectedly charged a fee that made us feel very unhappy due to the staff's poor English. When we requested a room change（We were only asking to switch from a king bed to a twin bed) the staff told us it would only cost an additional 6k KRW per night, but they ended up charging us 60k KRW per night. We only realized this when we saw our credit card statement after leaving, which upset us greatly.

Great location. Friendly, excellent staff. Better value than Sheila Hotel, but at a slight sacrifice.

It’s showing its age both on the exterior and especially the interior. The rooms can definitely use some updating and redecorating.

안좋았던 점이 없었어요... 룸 서비스 식사도 정말 맛있었고.. 야외 수영장도 따뜻하고 관리도 잘 되고 있었구요, 룸 컨디션도 수시로 잘 관리 해주셔서 가족 여행 정말 좋았어요.. 아이가 셋인데, 아이들이 즐길 거리가 정~~~말 많았어요... 여행 끝나고 아이가 울더라구요.. 롯데 호텔 또 가고 싶다구요 :D

아쉬운게 전혀 없었어요.. 완벽...

Приезжающим сюда туристам необходимо учитывать как минимум три вещи: 1) очень маленький уличный бассейн ( с учетом размера отела). Так что в часы пик это напоминает суп из людей. лежаки заняты всегда 2) чтобы оказаться на пляже вам потребуется спуститься по ооочень длинной лестнице, других вариантов не предусмотрено 3) Очень, просто ОЧЕНЬ дорогое питание

Some staff are rude and a bit racist if you are of darker skin tone. Don't do the breakfast buffet, you'll be seated in a corner near the trash far away from their other guests.

Big and very chic and fancy; really nice stuff and good service overall; vey tasty food and buffet has huge choice. You can spend time near the pool (the upstairs terrace is usually empty) or at the beach, the sea is just in front of Hotel, and there are very few people. Also there is 7eleven on the territory of the Hotel, so you Val always buy some snacks cheap. Lots of restaurants and hiking trails are near the Hotel too. The big Garten for walks and breathtaking nature - u feel like in fairy tale
