I liked the little touches all around like the amazing KORRES products in the rooms and lavender sachets provided at night for a comfortable sleep. Nice design overall as well
The AC in our room was very noisy the whole night making it difficult to sleep

AC Hotel had amazing accommodations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whether its the employees or the facilities, everything is top notch across the hotels we've stayed at. Can't beat it at this price.
The gym offered Inbody measurements which is a plus!
Laundry service was helpful with expedite option which returns your laundry in a few hours.
The staffs were friendly and fully fluent in English.
I think the sauna was a paid option so I didn't get to try that out.

The room was small for a Queen Skyline view with massage chair,floor 16th.
Price too high for a hotel like this, in my opinion it doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel.
It’s a 3 star hotel.
But very clean.

The location was good
The room was very tiny, and I had paid extra for better facilities, but it wasn't worth it. The breakfast room was crowded, and it was loud.

Great location for our purpose - we stayed for a concert and the links to KSPO dome was wonderful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Room was well-sized for two. Location was very close to the train station and easy to get to the Olympic Gymnastic Arena (we were there for a concert).
Will admit that the room isn't the biggest - but not a huge issue for me. They could have done with fewer chairs.

10/10 ⭐️ Everything was great! Such a memorable stay. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and facilities.
The only thing that bothered us was that the shower’s water pressure was very weak.

The location is great, just around the corner from the Yeoksam Station of the #2 line. Just one stop to Gangnam and 3 stops to COEX Mall. The option to book a room with massage chair is an option I did not think I need! It feels so good after a long day of walking and shopping to be able to relax in the massage chair. Also, the bathhouse in the spa is a big plus!
I absolutely fell in love with this property and have already told my friends about it and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul again.

Staff is friendly. Is near to Yeosam station and alot of small resturants and cafes surrounding the hotel.
Travelling to Coex Mall is easy as well as it is just 2 stops away.
Breakfast should have more variety.

The staff is very professional but too much serious.
it is perfect for the business trip!! specifically if you need to work at the hotel sometime. you can do it from the room, lounge or business centre.
