Great apartment space for a family of four. Lovely pool overlooking Manila. Was nice it was indoors due to the rain over the summer.
Furniture was a bit dated. Appliances seemed old too, the fridge wasn’t very cold and wifi was spotty when streaming from the TV.

Big rooms, with kitchen so we could cook, has fridge to store food and microwave to heat up food.
Paying for extra plates, spoons, forks, pillows. Cannot borrow bring the wheelchair outside the hotel. Add more wheelchair not only one so that we could borrow a little longer in the hotel coz once we borrow it and reach my destination like rooms we have to return it right away or if one of the staff will bring it to us he will just drop me to my desired place and will take it right away and we have to call again and wait if I need to go back to our room.

Good for big groups
Bad customer service. Key cards were not functioning. We had to try it 5x. Staff did not even advise us to use the bridgeway to transfer to the other floors. The staff in the pool area were not friendly. He was grumpy and not considerate, he even make the child cry because he was mean. The next day they just said we only have 5 mins to stay in the pool w:o even explaining that they have to clean the pool. Super bad experience and will not recommend this to others.

I like the size of the rooms in general. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating.
During our recent stay at Linden Hotel, my husband and I had one breakfast experience that left us quite disappointed. The bacon and fried bangus were severely overcooked, which was disheartening. Furthermore, while the size of the room was adequate, we couldn't help but notice the poor condition it was in. The toilet tiles were covered in mold, and the overall state of the kitchen was far from satisfactory, with visible filth and broken cabinet doors.
As guests, we had hoped for a more pleasant and hygienic environment during our stay. It is essential for the hotel management to address these issues to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all their guests in the future.
We sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, with the aim of making improvements, as we believe Linden Hotel has the potential to offer a better and more inviting accommodation experience.

the three bedroom unit had big rooms which was nice for my purpose. The location in Ortigas Center is perfect all is within walking distance. The staff is very forthcoming and responded quickly to requests.
The room while clean, had not been renovated since it was build. It frozen at a 1990 level and would need urgent renovation. Kitchen utensils are not sufficient and more should be provided. Very sparse on cloth hangers.
The hotel restaurant while offering very good quality of meals, the breakfast buffet missing the traditional Filipino breaky foods, which was disappointing for me.
The sofa had multiple stains and would need replacement, as said hasnt been renovated since placed into service.

The room was so big and the staff are very helpful. The location is very convenient to the big shopping malls and restaurants.
The swimming pool needs an upgrade/renovation but other than that, it is all good!

1. Lots of hair on the floor
2. There's a pink slippers under the bed probably left by previous guest, signs of cleaner not cleaning thourougly
3. And they accused us of missing a spoon and costing 200php for a spoon! They didn't even bother to look for it in the room.
This is very bad experience, in my 10years going on hotell this is the most worst experience I ever had!

The room was very spacious as it had a living room and sleeping area. The check in was also very smooth and they provided us with free parking as well.
The hotel felt a bit outdated. Most of their items in the room felt old and worn out already. The check out time also was too early (11 am) so it was a bit of a hassle for is.

This place was great; good value for money and the location was good, just remember it’s hard to travel anywhere in peak hour.
Only thing we didn’t love was that there were three of us staying and due to system requirements they could only give us two electronic keys which meant one night when we all wanted to do things separately we really had to coordinate so we could all get back in. Apart from that everything was great.

The breakfast was just okay not too much variety to choose from. Location was about near to Megamall where we walked. The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful.
The Airconditioner and TV in our masters bedroom was defective I just reported it on the last night of our stay so the technician came and repaired it. Not too happy about it

1. The showerhead at room 2601 should be replaced with a better one

I thank the staff especially in the pool area. He helped us with my disabled Mother. The room was big and Pool and Jacuzzi is clean.
We reserved for six , but they provided four towels,. I needed to pay extra two towels in the room.First time it happened to me.

Check in was fine
When I arrived about 9pm from a 7500 k plane trip I needed a shower and the toilet , Alas the toilet did not work, so i had to wait until 10.30pm to use the bathroom.
Then I noticed the Air Conditioning was either Full on or Off, The regulator switch had no effect and the Vent from the ceiling to the room was caked in dust! I dont think it had been cleaned since Covid started, the dust was Black! When the housekeeping guy came , He said quote ; Thats normal ; , I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and I know its NOT Normal , so we had Full A/C fan on and No temp control for 4 nights. Also room service food was warm when it arrived Not Hot and they dont clean the room unless you request it, I had to go to reception to find this out. Not really happy as Before I thought this was THE Hotel in Manila to stay at!!!

The bed is comfy and the room size is good.
They asked for PCR test for unvaxxed at the time of booking but when we checked in, they did not ask for it so I wasted 3k for nothing.
I booked for a 3-bedroom suite and was initially given 2 breakfast coupon only so I said, it's for 5 people. It took time for them to verify, which is not good. I did not notice, I was only given 4 coupons so the next day I have to follow up again.
Breakfast has a very limited option.
