The hotel is clean, room is comfortable and the location is excellent.
Breskfast is good, no complain.
No hot water for shower.

The room they assigned us for this stay was very nice! I like that there’s a gym, and that the hotel is connected to the mall. But, Eastwood is a city in and of itself, so guests will want for nothing in terms of food places. As a hotel guest, you’re entitled to 1 free car pass per day. It’s my new favorite hotel in Manila.
The wifi was a little unpredictable in the room. Maybe, it’s the location of the room. Also, the gym equipment could be upgraded to newer, better models. A lot of guests, me included, choose hotels that have a gym. Nonetheless, the gym is sufficient.

I booked airport pickup for my arrival, was disappointed with the service of the driver. I was expecting him to meet me at bay 6 of NAIA arrival, but he was waiting across the street from the bay, unlike the other hotel reps who were patiently waiting at the side of the bay, some even before the passengers exit the building. I had to walk across to the other side to meet the driver, who did not even know my complete name. He asked me if I was “Yama”, so I told him I wasn’t. he said, “siguro iba po ang susundo sa inyo.” I confirmed with him what the name of his passenger was, he then said my last name correctly. And then, he made me walk to the car at the parking lot! when I pointed this out, he said, “bay 6 din po naman ito a! Kung gusto niyo bumalik kayo dun!” Such a disappointing experience!

Locations amazing- very convenient to grocery stores, Just sun hours away from their Airport. Staff are all amazing and very polite and helpful.
I will not get breakfast included next time. Food is a lot cheaper and you have more options outside the hotel.

The check-in was quick and the hotel is close to many call centers for business travelers.
The buffet has really dropped in quality. The corridors outside the rooms are no longer air-conditioned and smell musty. The gym was closed for renovation. I doubt that I will stay there again.

the location was great with restaurants and a mall around the hotel.
The room is extremely dated and needs an upgrade. the way the tub shower combo is built, the water pools and floods the floor when showering.

Despite Philippine laws against smoking in public places, some guests were smoking in the "al frescoe" area of Cafe. Because they lowered their face masks while smoking, they were spreading in the air both carcinogens and viruses to other hotel guests. Hotel should strictly enforce Philippine laws against smoking in public places.

AC should be turned on in the Passage ways, There should be some freshner spray as the smell of humidity and wetness is not good in the passage ways and rooms

Location
Breakfast was missing choices; no yogurt; no fruit options; only one choice of cereal… pool out of action; nothing on the website prior to traveling.. rooms were not made up despite asking. No late room service… long waits for lift; was told we could not sit in the outside space.

The staff and the location... very nice staffs and the location is superb. Very good wifi connection in the room. Good for short staycations or if you only need a place to sleep in.
The hotel is under renovation during our stay. Small insects can be found roaming. The carpet looks tired. The TV only has cable with very limited channels. I hope by the next visit the renovation is done and everything would look fresh.

The staff are very accommodating, I love the bath tub and the bed, it gives a cozy feel to it. And also that they have a connecting entrance to the Eastwood Mall.
Maybe that the guest rooms are on the 30th floor, and some elevators are not working so we have to wait a little while before we can actually go down.

I got a free upgrade to Deluxe Room and the room has a spacious work desk. They even added an extra chair so that my sister and I can work simultaneously. The staff is very efficient and they are very courteous.
The hotel is undergoing some renovation and the COVID 19 health protocols limit crowds from converging in the same place. The hotel food and beverage service are negatively impacted by both, thus limiting their food choices and mainly offering room service. I used to like their breakfast buffet spread. This time we opted to stay in our room and dine in nearby food outlets, preferably al fresco, since the hotel is attached to a mall anyway.
