Old hotel that needs a good airing out and renovation - still lives in the 80's.

die Zimmer waren Ausreichend groß und sehr Sauber ,das Bett war zumindest für meine Begriffe Richtig Gut und es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer , dass Hotel ist sehr nah am Flughafen gelegen und der Schuttle Service war sehr gut , das Frühstück war sehr Reichhaltig (sehr viel Auswahl) und man konnte sich sogar Frische Omletts zubereiten lassen

It was as expected - an airport hotel for one night

Great location that is close to the airport and the village, with shuttle buses going back and forth nonstop. The folks here are sublime! Friendly and efficient staff that are always smiling. Nice bar upstairs. Great coffee and snacks in the lobby.

Only two sad tea bags in the room. No sugar, milk, or coffee! There is complimentary coffee in the lobby, but after 18+ hours of travel, no thanks.

My third time staying here. It is everything a full-service hotel should be, with exceptional customer service! Multiple food/drink options in the hotel and buses running to the airport and station throughout the day.

It is pricey compared to other hotels in the area, but if you feel like splurging a little, this is the place to stay.

Great location. Easy access to NRT and the nearby village. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lawson store in the lobby. Lovely bar on top floor.

The room is just sad. Stains on the bedroom walls. The bathtub was so gross (hairs from last guest and stains that could have been dirt, or age, or both!) that I did not use it. For what they charge, they need to update the rooms!

Good breakfast , shuttles to Narita Airport, location.

The hotel seemed a little dated and AC system was weaweak and no blowing air. We requested and was able to get a fan to move the air in the room!

Great airport hotel. I Stayed there overnight to catch a morning flight. Takes care of transiting travellers well: bus to and fro the airport, large buffet dinner and breakfast, vegetarian menu for people with specific diet

Good and frequent Bus Shuttle Service to the airport. No noise through the airport nearby. Clean and spacious.

La spiaggia era comoda e attaccata alla struttura.

Diversi gli aspetti negativi: Mare: motivo per cui siamo andati ad Okinawa. non ti fanno fare il bagno se non all’interno delle boe. Se vuoi fare snorkeling ti obbligano a mettere il giubbino di salvataggio anche con l’acqua che ti arriva alla vita e anche se sei un advanced e fai immersioni. Alle 18.30 quando vanno via i bagnini fanno uscire tutti dall’acqua e non puoi fare più il bagno in mare. Al pomeriggio l’acqua si ritira per il fenomeno delle maree e qui arriva lo scempio! tutti camminano sui coralli devastando i fondali. C’è poco rispetto per la ricchezza marina poca educazione nel continuare a far vivere un tesoro così prezioso Altro aspetto negativo le infinite code a colazione e la posizione dell’hotel fuori e lontana da tutto!

This is a very nice hotel close to the Narita airport. It was perfect for our one night before flying out the next day. Staff was courteous and exceptional. We also opted for dinner and breakfast. Both offered buffet style meals with a wide selection of both Japanese and Western choices.

Buffet dinner was a bit pricey but your got some great options.

We loved everything! The room/bathroom was big, spacious and clean. The breakfast didn’t disappoint. Lawsons open 24/7. Staff were lovely. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Easy check in and check out.

셔틀버스가 자주 있어서 좋았습니다. 공항에서 호텔이 가까워서 좋습니다.

하모니카드를 늦게 알아서 아쉬웠습니다.. 초등학생 아이가 둘 이라서, 침대 3개를 신청했는데, 신청한 침대 1개 쿠션 상태가 안 좋았습니다. 그리고 체크인할때, 4명 숙박이니, 추가 요금을 내라고 하는데, 어쩔줄 몰라 하니, 이번에는 안 내게 해줄테니, 다음에는 내셔야 된다고 했습니다. 일본에서 숙박했던, 다른 호텔은 그렇게 말하지 않았고요. 아이들 수영장 이용하고 싶어서, 여기 예약했는데, 태풍이 와서 수영장 이용을 못했어요.

Super lief en vriendelijk personeel! En super fijne, grote bedden in de kamer. Er is zo veel te zien en te doen in het hotel. Ik kijk nu al uit naar de volgende keer!

와이파이 잘 되는 방을 찾고 있었는데 와이파이가 잘 되었고, 랜선도 있어서 인터넷을 직접 연결 가능했습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절해서 (호텔 사정으로) 무료로 방을 업그레이드 해주었습니다. 또한, 공항 셔틀 버스를 타려고 뛰어가는데 친절한 직원분이 카드 반납을 도와주어서 셔틀을 놓치지 않았습니다. 객실에 넷플릭스 어플도 있어 편안하게 시청도 가능했습니다. 객실에 커피포트도 있고, 객실 내 조명도 간접 조명으로 좋았습니다. 내부에 24시간 편의점 및 음식점이 있어 편리합니다.

수영장이 열지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. gym도 없는 것으로 알고 있어 아쉬웠습니다. 내부 음식점은 음식은 맛있었으나 카드를 만들면 10% 할인이 된다는 것을 미리 안내받지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 객실 방음이 잘 되지 않아 아쉬웠습니다.

連絡バスで成田山新勝寺に行かれました。朝食も美味しく頂きました。フルーツがよかったです。朝刊も頂けて助かりました。コンビニのローソンも利用しやすく便利でした。

お風呂のシャワーの使用方法が、分からずにフロントに聞きました。メモみないなものがあればよかったかな？部屋の非常口の図面にアイスボックスの表示も載せていれば分かりやすいと思いました。

Hotel parfaitement situé pour séjourner avant d'embarquer à l'aéroport. Chambre très propre et très confortable, petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon, service de navette gratuit pour aller et venir de l'aéroport.

Good shuttle to airport and bonus shuttle to nearby town. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room.

Not within walking distance to anything interesting. But shuttle to local train station is useful.

Really liked our room . And the shuttle was a bonus to have also. The staff were really helpful and well mannered, I loved the send off they gave us. I have a friend booked in early September, I can pass on all the information she will need.

My fault I forgot to bring the correct international plug for charging my iPad. But that was my fault .

Close to the airport airport Shuttle claim staff is very friendly rooms are bigger than most Japanese rooms. The food is very good and a wide assortment of breakfast brunch menu. There is a Lawson store inside the hotel, which is very convenient.

Very close to Narita and has exceptional shuttle service to/from the airport. Also, only about 200 ft to Nippon Rent-a-Car. Room was clean and roomy, although a bit dated. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with lots of Japanese & Western choices. Staff were very professional & attentive to the customer’s needs. Stayed in several Nikko hotels throughout my driving trip to Japan this time and am quite impressed with this hotel chain.
