un hotel manifestement pas entretenu régulièrement, des sols en parties communes pas nets, un déjeuner très moyen au bord de la piscine, le check-in très compliqué ... Bref, indigne d'un hotel se voulant haut de gamme surtout au prix demandé ! A fuir !

I needed to change dates at the last minute & book extra nights as well. The hotel showed NO ROOMS! Thanks to Booking.COM I found the exact dates I needed. My room was lovely. Beautiful sea colors & very comfortable. The spa is really a plus with the amenities & indoor pool

For me, it’s too far from the OLD TOWN which is on the opposite side of the city. Had to UBER every day. It’s a great quiet location to relax & get away from the noise.

After arrival and card payment, we got our keycards. We have been given a hotel room that was already occupied It was almost 0:00. As a compensation of the overbooking, staff proposed free drink, and availability checking of other hotel (not booking). Still don’t have my 850 €

The hotel has some excellent features that deserve praise. The pool area is very nice, providing a great place to relax. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of quality options to start the day. The hotel also boasts a private beach, which is a significant perk, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The Bad: However, there were several issues that dampened our experience. For starters, the room walls were thin enough that we could hear our neighbors’ conversations, which wasn’t ideal. We arrived late and were disappointed to find that the minibar was empty—not even water was provided. When we asked for water at reception, we were told to purchase it at the bar. While not a huge inconvenience, it’s certainly not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. The room itself was okay but felt dated and in need of an update. This wasn’t a dealbreaker, but given the price we paid, we expected more. The Really Bad: The most frustrating aspect of our stay was the housekeeping—or lack thereof. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and despite asking multiple times, our towels weren’t replaced. In the end, we had to retrieve fresh towels ourselves, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Another major issue was the elevator situation. The hotel is quite large, and our room was on the sixth floor. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator serving all the floors, and during peak times (like breakfast and dinner), the wait time for the elevator was incredibly long. This became particularly problematic when trying to catch a taxi—on more than one occasion, our taxi left before we could get downstairs because of the elevator delay

Renhold rom. Synes også hotellet begynner å bli slitent. Må nesten bo i nybygget for å få freshe rom. Vi bodde nå i gamlebygget, og rom mv bærer preg av slitasje. Synes også at det koster mer enn du får. For meg er dette et 4 stjernes hotell…

Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. Hay un edificio abandonado que se ve desde la habitación. Mal acceso a la playa. Dificultad para conseguir tumbona y si no tienes que pagar 45 euros. Lo mismo en la piscina. No reponen el gel ni el champú.

Breakfast was ok.

We booked this hotel because of the excellent reviews and pool / beach access but knew on arrival it was a mistake. The location is in a really ugly part of Split with partially completed, derelict building sites around the hotel. The hotel needs some attention - there were stained carpets throughout and our bathroom door clearly had never been able to close but not been fixed. The bathroom quality was poor. There are no quality options for dinner at or near hotel - hotel put on limited shuttle buses to get into town. Every room service was different - sometimes clean towels and more soap - sometimes not. We only got additional water once. Mini bar is not stocked with anything. For a fraction of the price you could stay in a hotel with character in the centre of Split - which is a beautiful town with plenty to do. Whilst we were there, there was a conference at the hotel - and hotel facilities seem more designed to a conference hotel.

The Spa was lovely and it was nice that the hotel had beach access, the view of the restaurant was amazing and breakfast had a great selection. Had some issues with our room initially which was sorted very promptly by reception staff.

The menu from the main restaurant had a very small selection and was still on the ‘winter menu’. The very loud music from the beach club blasting across the beach, so not really relaxing. The rooms in the old part of the hotel need some updating.

El personal del desayuno muy proactivo !! Nos ayudaron a definir un tour a la gruta azul q se aborto por la marea alta …bajada al mar por escaleras hacia el Mistral Club con excelente atención !! La pileta solo la disfrutamos un día ..

Algo alejado del old town , se puede acceder caminando unos 30 min o taxi ..imposible aparcar en esa zona .. Mi habitación era con vista al mar , pero al frente hay una construcción abandonada , llena de grafitis que ocupan más de la mitad de la vista ..poco agradable

It was a good comfortable stay with a private beach and a beach club with free benches for the residents. The pool was nice, couldn't have the breakfast as had an early morning flight to catch.

The bell boy Ivan was constantly pestering for tips

The Radisson was very clean and had excellent beach and pool facilities. Although we were there during a shoulder season, it never seemed crowded. The breakfast was not to be missed!

It was a little far from the old town and we needed to Uber there and back, but it was easy and quick when we needed to do that.

La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est fantastique. La piscine, sauna, hamman sont parfaits.

L'environnement de l'hôtel n'est pas très pittoresque. L'hôtel n'est pas au bord de l'eau.

Very modern, smells like a spa all the time which is wonderful. There is a gorgeous terrace to sit on and look over the sea with a drink and it’s the best. The spa facilities are also great, and all the staff are so friendly from all departments!

The location was good, we walked along the beach to the main centre or got an Uber, but if I’m being picky I wish it was a little closer but it didn’t matter the walk was lovely and an Uber takes 15 minutes max and is very cheap! The cost for drinks and food is a little pricey, however you pay for quality, the food and drinks were very good, no complaints!
