We enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely traditional, cool and airy apartment in good location, well equipped and spacious. Air conditioning too and a small balcony where you can watch the world go by.

Super nice location, easy to reach. Very spacious apartment and very well equipped. Super clean and tidy. Host very responsive as well.

There is a night club outside and it can get noisy. However, if you close the windows the noise is significantly reduced. But if you like to sleep with the window open, bring earplugs. They also have airco, a huge relief during summer months..!

The apartment is secure, beautiful (it's vintage, not modern which is very attractive), and spacious. Beds were comfy, the aircon in the bedrooms really good and the location is excellent.

The only negative with the apartment is the entrance to the building and the stairway, which look a bit run down. E.g. one of the windows in the stairwell was broken, and there was a bit of a smell in the ground floor lobby. None of that affects the apartment once you're up there.

Very welcoming apartment, very well located. Everything was clean and the global atmosphere was excellent. The host was very flexible and helpful. Check-in/out was very straightforward. We will definitely come back !

Apartment in the central area with all facilities. Paid parking (modest price) guarded nearby (2 minutes walk). Diocletian's Palace 1 minute walk. The host - Filipa is a very fickle person who gave us all the information necessary for a pleasant stay in Split.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, situated close to the old city center of Split with easy access to multiple tours, restaurants, and walking activities. Inside, you have two spacious classic bedrooms that can easily house 4-5 people if needed while the main room looks out upon the square. Overall, very happy with the stay as well as the accommodating and knowledgeable host. Highly recommend.

Amazing and very polite owners, super friendly and helpful with everything. Welcomed us on time, made us feel at home, told us where to go around Split and also got in touch about a dress I left and where to send it immediately as the cleaning lady found it. The location is perfect and the apartment is very spacious and homey.

A beautiful apartment in a true local style. Very large rooms and comfortable beds where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. Filipa is an excellent hostess, I will definitely come back again.

Excellent location, the apartment is literally in the heart of Split. Large, more than enough space for two people. Good value for money, this is definitely an affordable option in the city centre.

Furniture is a bit old, but you can tell from the photos the flat is located in an old building. Breakfast, on the other hand, was not quite what you would expect. On Booking, this apartment is under facilities with breakfast included. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, breakfast cannot be served at the nearby hotel, which is understandable. However, you can provide a decent alternative to that. The property manager, not owner, encouraged us to help ourselves with whatever was in the fridge. Grapes, yogurt and still water. Leftover food does not qualify as proper breakfast. You either make sure you have enough supplies or you remove breakfast from your offer.

Great location very central for tourists. Wonderful hostess. Breakfast at restuarant across the road is very nice and far superior to normal continental breakfast.

Single bath cum toilet. Floor of kitchen vibrates while walking.
