Split appartment with absolutelly unbeatable location just in the front of Split beach promenade - ideal for small night drink on balcony over the busy promenade. Apart from location the appartment is spacious (for our family of 4 ideal) and nicely decorated. Air condition is big benefit in summer heats.

Count with minor limitations like: - old house withou elevator - for kid trolley a bit of fitness but manageable. Also the entrance patio has it age - although multiple appartments in house, still thebhouse has originall tenants. Be respectull andnall will be ok (although with kids not alway possible to be ib acceptable noise level)

Amazing views and great location.

The apartment was quite dirty when we arrived and had very clearly not been vacuumed *at all*. On arrival, the whole apartment floor was heavily covered in a truly incredible number of long black hairs all over the floor, and crumbs under the dining table which was pretty grim. There were also unclean glasses that had not been washed. I spent 20 mins vacuuming myself before seeing the same in the bathroom, at which point I gave up as it meant the meant the bathroom hadn't been cleaned either. I then called the owner to come and sort it out. To be fair the owner kindly arranged a '2nd' clean very quickly after arrival, but overall it wasn't very nice at all and much worse than much cheaper apartments I've stayed in. It gave the apartment quite a dirty feeling, and was not a great start. In addition: - the wine/champagne, fruits and water that should have been there (according to the booking.com info) were all missing and never received. - the bedsheets and duvet were way too small for the beds. So the sheet kept pinging off, and the small duvet meant a large bed was pointless. - there was also a damaged mains socket in the smaller bedroom, a broken loose safe in the master bedroom, and quite a lot of scuff marks over the walls. Communication with the owner was a little, well, odd ... to say the least. I received a number of fairly weird and strangely insulting messages (for example see owner's reply below) trying to convince me that I'm both: - unreasonable for expecting a vacuumed apartment & clean bathroom after paying over 1200 EUR - a very mean person, as her cleaner has an unfortunate skin condition You're basically paying extra for the location and view (which admittedly are very good though!!). But given the whole experience - especially with the owner's strange messages - I can't recommend a stay unfortunately.

Great location, and clean and pleasant

No elevator, this is a walk up. Also, only one bathroom, but it is nicely appointed with great shower pressure and we loved the heated floor.

The location is great, and the room was top class. Also there were a lot of helpful amenities e.g. ice trays, drying racks, washing powder, coffee machine etc.

The shower floor was a little slippery. The entrance into the building is very dark at night with no light. Unfortuneltyy no microwave oven.

Perfect location - everything you need to see and experience in Split was nearby. Lovely view. Supermarket was right next door.

Only cleanliness could be better, but the rest was superb. And there is no need to book the breakfast in advance, cause we eat the same breakfast every day. We could not change any ingredient:( Even it was very good breakfast, but every day the same was to much... And there is plenty restaurant and bars around where you can have breakfast:)

Beautiful property in excellent location. Great facilities and the host meet all our needs. A wonderful stay.

Parking in the area is very expensive but that doesn’t have anything to do with the property.

Location was superb! Close to meeting points of our tours. Restaurants nearby, grocery store on the first floor, and the view from the living room is gorgeous! Check in was easy with Antonia.

A few details could be improved such as making sure essentials were provided. We only had 1.25 rolls of toilet paper, there were empty alcohol bottles under the sink from a previous stay, ironing board cluttered behind door of main room, no hand soap in the kitchen nor kitchen towels. There was copy paper taped to the wall next to the toilet. Additionally, cluttered display of flyers and restaurants stuffed in a receptacle on the wall. Maybe a binder with everything organized? Overall, the price was mainly for the view and location, not the amenities. Noise from downstairs audible from the room.
