We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the four-bedroom penthouse suite which was so beautiful and spacious. There were four separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a wonderful living area and superb views from two separate balconies.
The toilet that was communal (not an ensuite) was out of order for a couple of days and due to the weekend and public holiday was not fixed immediately. This was tricky during the night, having to disturb others by entering their bedrooms to use the bathroom. The staff however were very good at communicating the status of the repairs.

The size of the apartment
The street was noisy (drag racing at night)
Front office staff not very friendly
We were not informed that we had to pay extra for parking
Parking lot extremely small and difficult to navigate turns if you have a large vehicle.

We liked everything about the place. The apartment (44) was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great view of the harbour, as requested, however now that we have seen the layout, next time we will try to get a West facing apartment to take best advantage of those great Darwin sunsets.
A small criticism, the hot water temperature in the shower, basin and kitchen sink was barely above luke warm.

Beautiful views. The apartment is massive and we'll equipped. We were only there for one night which is a shame as the room was very comfortable and we could have made more of the time there
Maybe some bottled water in the room would have been good. Otherwise really can't complain

Stayed here my first time a few years ago. It's now been my 4th stay, and it's still my goto place whenever I'm visiting Darwin.

wonderful staff, excellent location to everything CBD, comfortable beds and our apartment (3bedroom) was extremely spacious great for families with children.

Love the location & the open flow of the apartments. The furniture could use felt on the chair legs to stop the scrappng.
As part of serviced the bathrooms were not cleaned.

The property is in a great location, clean, spacious & friendly staff. All conveniences were in very good working order well stocked with tea, coffee & appliances for making your own meals if that's what you want.

There was no breakfast
That you didn't know that there was no breakfast. Staff didn't know that you could smoke on the balcony's. Staff didn't know anything about buses. We found a bus time table on the notice board 4m from the reception desk later. I didn't feel like the staff knew much about the hotel and surroundings in general, though they were always pleasant and smiling. Probably need som training. Only saw the welcome booklet on day 3. It was a black folder inside a black tv cabinet. Might be nice to have this on the kitchen bench top on arrival so that this can answer some of our questions. Kindest of regards Claire Bland

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and loved the size and space. It was great to have full cooking facilities and it had an amazing view. Definitely needed for a family.
