just chilling out did not have to rush around very close to Mitchell street and the local shopping love the location have been here 3 times thank you for the great stay
we have no complaints about this hotel this is our second home when we come to Darwin

The shower is over a slippery bath which had no non slip mat. I slipped over and was covered in bruises, and a very painful rib cage which is still painful. My doctor prescribed codeine but this is not helping and i have stopped taking it. The only relief I get is to lie in bed and turn my electric blanket on. I visited my doctor this morning and he said what I'm doing now is better than codeine. However, I spoke to the manager who arranged for me to go to the Smith hotel at no extra cost. The Smith has walk-in showers. I appreciate the manager's help.

My room flooded from the roof as the room upstairs had an occupant that flooded his room by passing out in a running bath. It was roughly 2am that I got woken to being wet, I called reception and they finally moved me after telling me that there was no more rooms to the room next to the flooded one upstairs. I felt that it wasn’t safe. The whole trip I head yelling, screaming kids and people running up and down hallways at all hours of the night. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
I have video footage of water leaking from roof and banging noises at all hours. No photos

The rooms are extremely dated and no maintenance has been done, bathroom was dirty and had no fan so became really humid. The air conditioner did not work and when turned on made a really loud noise. There was constant yelling in the hall/reception during the night. The free wifi did not work.

great location only a km walk from Mindil beach, a bar and restaurant underneath the hotel and a bottle shop attached to the property
maybe a few more pillows on the beds would be perfect but otherwise comfortable

Close to the city and downstairs had access straight to the pub, which patrons had a discount on drinks.
bathroom was a bit outdated but still functional.

The pool is great
The bathroom and shower is in desperate need of renovation, there is no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower is similar to that of a sprinkler. The bed is uncomfortable and the hotel is a located out of the main part of Darwin city so it’s a lot of walking or paying for transport through taxi or Uber.

I choose the hotel because of the lap pool.
The pool was clean ! and good to swim in

Loved the shower pressure and that there were dryers included downstairs with the washers.
The first room I got put into reeked of cigarette smell and being a non smoker, I couldn’t handle it. The receptionist was nice enough to put me into room 1 which was great. Just wish the room had windows!

Everything was lovely and clean, staff friendly and welcoming, bed really comfy, good pillows!
the lighting in the rooms is limited (one light in the entry and two bed lamps) there wasn't an extra blanket (and we had the air con off) and the bathroom door!!! SO heavy, just about had to shoulder it open everytime. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom as well which was a little inconvenient. Hot water in the shower was also very hit and miss.
