Cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything was supplied so we could prepare our own meals. Air-conditioning was turned on prior to our arrival so the cabin was cool on a very hot day. The full-sized kitchen and laundry were very handy.

The staff on arrival were friendly. The pool was nice.
The unit was very grubby. Although it had been cleaned, all the walls were dirty with hand prints, footprints and scuffing. The aircon was noisy and the lounge was not comfortable.

clean, large and spacious accommodation, good location. Noisy neighbours were dealt with promptly the next morning.

Good location
Workers in next door chalet very drunk most nights, noisy and no respect for other residents at all. Had to confront them in the end to control there out of control behaviour

Room needs a good clean, dirty hand prints on wall etc. Looks like it was permanent rental and didn’t get clean properly afterwards .

the room has air conditioner and the washing machine
the bathroom doesn’t clean properly… the mould is on the corner of the shower… and the kitchen staff is not clean as well.

It's close to everything in Karratha
The cabin was in terrible condition, every vertical blind in the cabin was missing or broke, mould in the shower, the water pressure was terrible, there were hole's in the door where it looked like someone had punched it, the aircon remote didn't work, no TV remote in the bedroom, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard's. Staff were helpful & i got a full refund but i don't recommend this place at all. Very disappointing.
