Fantastic property, clean and fresh. Great water pressure and fantastic dining at the restaurant. Pool side is fantastic just needed to be able to swim later than 6:30pm!

Sadly the locals have realised, that if you buy a pizza, you can spend all day with the extended family and disrupt the amenity of guests paying a small fortune to stay at this hotel. What a shame.

Always treated with respect and kindness when we stay here - The food is also delicious.
Just be aware on Saturday they have a pool party - extremely loud music, open to all- but it did stop before 1700. Thank goodness. If you want peace and quiet on a Saturday- you will be disappointed.

Excellent on all levels..just would recommend the cards on doors are fixed so guest can have easy and quick access. Everyone was lovely and friendly, nice and quiet and clean.

We held Industry event there and bar closed at 9pm,too early. Everyone moved on to somewhere else.

Stayed at both the Best Western and the Karratha International during this trip and the Best Western was better by far and cheaper as well. The amenities in the rooms of the Karratha international were limited. Had to move the bed to get to a power socket close to the bed, didn't have terrestrial channels available on the television (just samsung internet-based channels), they didnt run the pool filter constantly, so the surface was covered in small flies and there was plenty of leaf detritus at the bottom of the pool. The pool was cold (quite a feat in Karratha) and the deck and terrace, which should have been a shady haven to chill in was ruined by a combination of non-stop 1950's, 1960's and 1970's italian music that was played at a volume perfectly designed to be impossible to ignore.

Premier suite was very comfortable. Pool was welcomed being 38C on the day. Service by staff was wonderful. Desserts need to be made fresh, however, the main dishes were delicious. Overall, we’d give it a 4.5 out of 5 and would stay again.

Enjoyed staying here. Room was modern and clean, decent sized TV and a big bed.Internet access was fast and didnt drop out during my stay.As with all Australian hotels, not enough electrical sockets and the ones that are there and free, are never by the bed! Was also walking distance to main attractions Karratha has to offer.

Place is close to town centre. It has a restaurant with a fairly limited menu and a good bar and nice pool area (under rebuild when we were there). The staff are very friendly.

Great stay. It was very clear that the owners have invested heavily in the remodelling the hotel as it is a big difference from my last stay a year ago. I am glad I gave them another chance as I will continue to go back now. The only negative is the breakfast choice was very average.

I have stayed previously and been satisfied and this visit was no exception except for the fact that my breakfast had not arrived after fifteen minutes and I had to cancel and leave as I had a flight to catch. No big deal, but had I been told the wait for a hot breakfast was going to be over fifteen minutes I would have had cereal! Reception staff were great and room service dinner was excellent.
