Localization a pretty nice, center and not far away from ocean.

I lived for 5 days and they never cleaned my room, towels were not changed. Although upon check-in it was reported that cleaning every 2 days. I was really disappointed.

The guesthouse is located very close to the town center and a quick walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. My room was very bright, clean, and spacious, and even though it was overlooking the street (& not far from the square with evening Carnival activities) it was very calm and quiet inside. I had some difficulty getting the tv, lights, and hot water to work, but I made a quick message to the owner, and when I returned to my room, a staff person was there to show me how to make everything work (mostly due to my own ignorance 😉).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will stay there again. The only downside for me is that they don’t allow pets, so when I travel with my dog I will have to find a different accommodation.

Nice little guesthouse in central Ericeira. Friendly staff.

No AC or even a fan, so needed to keep windows open, which is a problem given busy street outside.

fabulous location, has so much potential and is very clean. could be very special. beautiful smell in rooms. products and towels and linens had gorgeous fragrance.

needs attention, could be a true little gem but the owners need to do an intensive audit. we had two rooms and fridge, coffee machine, TV didn’t work between both. Front of house staff very vague not helpful but pleasant. it just needs managed.

Location was amazing - right in the middle of city center. Room and hotel was cute, clean and nice, personell was lovely and the overall feeling of this guesthouse is welcoming. .

Shower pressure could be improved, as well as the matress. As the location was central, the noise at night can be expected. There is a bar right in front of the windows, which you want to keep open if the night is warm (due to no AC).
