I recently stayed at a hotel that, unfortunately, did not live up to the value it promised. Despite its claims of comfort and cleanliness, my experience was marred by the discovery of a cockroach in my room. To document this, I recorded a video of the incident, which clearly undermines the hotel's standards of hygiene. This experience has led me to believe that the hotel does not deserve the price it charges, as one would expect a pest-free environment in any establishment that prioritizes guest satisfaction

It was also noted that the hotel has strict regulations that make you pay money to sleep in a prison. These regulations mean that you are forbidden from ordering food from outside the hotel and you must eat inside the hotel, noting that the food is bad. I ordered their burger and it was very bad. Breakfast: You must break your fast. In the restaurant located at the reception, it was also a bad experience, and the smell of eggs was widespread. When you leave the hotel, you will find in front of you a market for popular Thai food, and the smell of the place is bad.

Everything was wonderful. Fab little pool, nice rooms, staff lovely, breakfast amazing.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The Linen was exceptional and beds were the most comfortable and not hard as others we experienced in Thailand. Loved the location which is very close to the Thong Lo Skytrain station which is very central to the main shopping centres and other main locations. The breakfast is excellent and absolulety worth it. There are many Marriotts in Bangkok - make sure to instruct your Taxi driver to go to the Thong Lo Station Marriott- we were taken many times to the wrong hotel...

Excellent hotel, rooms were good and facilities including Gym were also good.

Location, it is the wrong end of the city if you are planning on days trips out of the city or to the shops.

Die Rooftopbar war eine Wucht, muss man unbedingt besuchen. Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Frühstück sehr gut ! In der Umgebung gab es auch genug Gelegenheiten um gutes Thaifood zu genießen ! Der Staff alle sehr, sehr freundlich !

Очень много народу. Лоханулся с фотографиями, бассейна на верхних этажах нет, он на 7-ом. Куча народу приходят не из отеля в руфтоп бар, хотя даже не понял, что в нем такого. В других местах интереснее можно найти.

Super schoon, vriendelijke personeel, ruime kamers met prachtige badkamer en-suite en meest uitgebreide ontbijt.

Le bar et la vue du rooftop étaient exceptionnels. Le petit-déjeuner était très complet et savoureux. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Nous avions réservé une table au restaurant en dessous du Rooftop, le service a été plus que passable. Les serveurs ne nous ont pas enregistré sur la table réservée, se sont trompés dans notre commande et ont mis plus d'une heure à nous apporter 2 plats, qui nécessitaient peu de préparation. On nous a dit qu'il fallait libérer la table à 21h alors que nous avions notre réservation jusqu'à 22h, les serveurs ne se sont pas excusés une seule fois. Ensuite, en ce qui concerne la chambre, la propreté laissait largement à désirer pour un hôtel de ce standing 5 étoiles. Tous les meubles (noirs) étaient poussiéreux, la robinetterie n'était pas nickel. Dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, nous nous sommes accrochés les pieds dans des lames du parquet qui se décollent à cause de l'humidité. Encore une fois, difficile à croire dans ce type d'établissement.

Property is good but it is has issue with attitude. E.g. we tried to call, not once but three times, to rooftop restaurant Octavia or ectavia something, to reserve table for dinner. No Response at all and no call back. This roof top restaurant may be famous by Bangkok standard, but I live in Singapore and regular to high end restaurants in Marina Bay Sands like Lavo, or SKAI in Swiss hotel on 70th floor. This roof top is on 42nd floor and such a response. Intolerable, unacceptable.

My stay was for three nights. They did change towels. Keep the old wet folded back. Next day room cleaner keep one hand towel and one napkin. I have to ask room cleaner to do her job properly and keep two napkins and two hand towels. Bath towels she anyway did not change neither shower robe.

Великолепный отель в самом сердце Бангкока. Номер просторный, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Месторасположение удобное, всё необходимое в пешей доступности. Для романтической поездки решили остановиться именно здесь и не пожалели. Очень просторная ванная комната с огромной ванной, огромная кровать, чистое постельное белье, одеяло очень мягкое, уютное, много подушек. Просто утопали в перине и спали как младенцы. Несмотря на то, что буквально у отеля железнодорожные пути шума от них не слышно. Отличный атмосферный двухэтажный бар на крыше. Вид с номера и ресторана просто шикарный.

Не хватает коврика возле ванны, что бы не поскользнуться и не упасть. Так же жаль, что нельзя сделать в ванной комнате свет более приглушенным и печально, что напротив панорамных окон в ванной очень близко стоит другой отель, никакой приватности. Да, есть шторы, но вся прелесть в том, что бы лёжа в ванной наслаждаться огнями ночного Бангкока, а не мужчиной смотрящим на тебя с окна напротив))) И в салфетнице было всего 3 салфетки…

家庭入住 也許是太晚check in 所以兩間房間隔的超遠不方便 問櫃檯小姐可否調整被拒絕 其中一間訂購三人入住 之前早備註要加床 也沒有事先加床跟準備第三人的備品 只好下去確認 是否沒收到加床要求 櫃檯的小姐卻給我一種令人說不上來的禮貌感 讓我覺得不舒服 除此之外 其餘服務人員給我的感覺都是好的 另一間房間內的枕頭上有很明顯的鞋印 原本想請飯店換顆枕頭 但怕被當奧客 也就不想反應了

+ We asked for two single beds, and we got it, but the best was they were the biggest single beds we had in our 3 weeks travel in Thailand. Thanks to that, we slept amazingly. Beds were also very, very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft, perfect. Huge plus. + Very comfortable pillows. + We had room big enough for two friends and also plenty of storage to unpack. + Cool rooftop, great DJs/music + Good location, close to sky train stop + Nice places to eat brekfest near the hotel + Nice staff, speaking fluent English

- Comapared to other hotels we stayed this one was a bit older when it comes to design, but the price was still high. - We stayed also in another hotel in BKK where for half of the price we had the most amazing breakfast, the whole floor full of food, so the breakfast in Marriott looked overpriced. There was no good bread, no oat milk for coffee, limited veggies, no olive oil, not much for vegan, simple things, but for the price they ask, it should be standard. - We paid for New year's dinner quite a lot of money, and I ended up eating a bit of bread and some junk food they offered. It felt the menu was done to sound fancy, but there was no vegan options and common allergies to nuts and seafood were not considered. The music during the dinner was so loud you couldn't talk. Luckily, the party itself was great later on. - Octave rooftop is a strange place. On the one hand, the music and staff working there were great. But two days after New Year's party we went there to simply dance and we were constantly followed by an Arabic looking man, who didn't take "no" for an answer. There was no security around to report that, so we went back to our room. - Room service: food was super average. Overall, good stay, great beds, but the food and some of the guests' behavior at the rooftop was a big minus for us. In general, everything in the hotel felt overpriced compared to the standard they offer. I would choose another hotel if I come back to BKK.

Alles. Het is voor mij gewoon thuiskomen bij het Marriott op Sukhumvit. Het ontvangst, de geur. Het beste van alles is het ontbijt. In het dagelijks hectisch leven is het vaak haasten en snelle hap dus op vakantie is dit voor mij belangrijk. En het is echt uitgebreid, zeer gevarieerd en ook veel gezonde keuzes. I love it! Kamers zijn netjes en schoon. personeel is super vriendelijk en locatie is top! op loopafstand van de BTS. Mijn favoriet hotel in Bangkok!

Ik heb niets dat tegenviel. Alleen hoop ik dat ze het hotel tijdig een opfrisbeurt geven en niet wachten tot het vergane glorie is. Dat zou echt jammer zijn.
