Quite a convenient location, close to the metro line that is an interchange, travelled to most major attractions in good time. The breakfast was good and lasts until 10am, a wide selection both Western and Eastern. Staff was great and quick to help.

Neighbors were noisy.

it seems a bit old… the decor

The staff are always very helpful and wiling to assist the guest with anything they need during their stay. There is a small convenient store across the street from the front entrance and a bank around the corner.

The restaurant closed early. I did not have many options of place to eat within short distance of the hotel.

1. They still offer some of the executive lounge perks such as free flow drinks/happy hour and express check ins. 2. The comfort of the room and the king bed. The bed is soft and comfortable. 3. Also, we want to thank the staff at the lobby for helping me photo copy some documents that I needed and for helping me call a taxi. We also appreciate the staff by the entrance at the breakfast buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor. She always welcomed us with a smile and prepared us breakfast drinks right away.

We were disappointed that the Executive lounge was not operational on the 32nd floor. Most of the times we prefer booking rooms with executive lounge access as we like the exclusivity of it. We prefer eating our breakfast with the view of the city. They also didn't have milk on the first day we were day. I mean milk is a common breakfast drink . The lobby bar on the first floor was also cold.

Chongquing is a great city which I found out with this being my first time. The Hilton was located near the metro and up on a hill. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood! The room was cozy and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast had many choices was delicious. The customer service throughout the hotel was professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was good and the staff are excellent. Breakfast, though a little expensive, is first rate, and Dan, the food and beverage manager is outstanding, very helpful and friendly.

The restaurants close early by western standards, and room service is not available after 20.00. I arrived late in the evening due to my flight schedule and was therefore unable to get anything to eat.

Everyone was so helpful and lovely! They spoke perfect English! The breakfast was great (6am until 10am) There was a swimming pool (heated I think?)open to all guests, you just take a towel and dressing gown with you! There is a gym which is open 24/7! There is also a spa available although it is quite pricey!
