Location is great.

1. Rooms are large but not clean. We have got two deluxe rooms and one executive room. Two of the three rooms smelled badly (cleaning issues). 2. Food selection is very disappointing for 24h room service. At 22:30 we didn’t get our preferred dishes on the 24h room service menu and had to go for alternatives. 3. Breakfast was ok but not great. Variety and taste somewhat acceptable for a lower tier Marriott but not what a JW/RC tier usually offers.

The Executive Suite was fabulous and spacious. The staff were impeccable even though few had good English communication skills

The reception because it’s shared was lacking. The bell boys were more interested playing with their phones than help me unload 140kg of luggage after a long flight from LHR. The first room was obviously not ‘no smoking’ but they changed it without a quibble. Everything but the food was exceptional. The food was unexciting and dull.

I stayed at 15 floor. The view outside was not as good as expected (an old building with chimney).

Breakfast was quite good, lots of options, not the best pastries but I really appreciated the salad and the cheese.

I found the price pretty high, no member rates. Wish the windows opened a bit more. Don't like the requirement to wear swimming caps in the pool.

I liked the comfort of the room as well as the shower. I pay great attention to the bed and shower when choosing a hotel, and both were really good albeit not outstanding.

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast as I felt it was a bit lacking in options or some of the dishes weren't too foreign friendly. Furthermore, some of the fruits didn't seem fresh.
