The property is amazing as offers extremely good and tasty variety in buffet, something I have never seen in other countries. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. The evening shows are icing on the cake. Such professional shows in the evening that make your day.

Absolutely nothing!

The staff is very enthusiastic and contacted booking to help modify the order. The food in the restaurant is the best I have had in Türkiye. Cocktails are good too, everything is great. Next time we go to Türkiye we will come back here! But there is a problem, we have not found where the private beach is.

everything, Family room was very good. ** the room is in the market, just below are few restaurants where there are live shows. we love Music so we actually enjoyed the loud music but if some one want to sleep early and don't like music, it may be problem, so ask for room on other side

water should be provided 1 bottle per guest, but in Turkey most hotels charge for water

Best food of all of my stays in Turkey, nice rooms, very clean, staff is doing a great job. Our waiter Seda was awesome.

No ramp in the lobby, you have to carry a baby stroller every time.

there are plenty of things I would not expect from Turkish Hotel to charge for extra fee. For instance You need to pay for a Kettle at room - this is ridiculous since even very budget hotels give include it in room. Selling tea and turkish coffee for extra fee. Selling even water at dinner time. Very noisy loud and annoying music at night until 1-2 am Food selection not good, for inst it was Asian night but there was not any sushi in the menu which is ridiculous.

the location was good for shops & the beach, however it was noisy at night.

The beds & pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making for a poor sleep throughout our stay and the room was very small. The airconditioning was fixed in its settings so we were either freezing or very hot. When we checked in, everything was extra, the kettle, safe, minibar, even the orange juice at breakfast😖 I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the garden but found ourselves overlooking the dining area. As the hotel was fully booked there were no alternative rooms. We left a day early.

Location was great Breakfast and dinner was excellent. It was better 2 meals option..all inclusive makes us stay in hotel. Beach near the resort was awesone

my room was overlooking a busy street with bars with loud music every night until 1am so it is very difficult to sleep before such time
