le personnel du restaurant la nourriture est très bonne le paysage est fantastique une très belles vue l hôtel est ancré dans une montage les spectacles du soir

les chambres nous étions surpris par la première chambre (odeur et manque d'hygiène ...) nous avons demande de nous la changé le 2eme jour ca été fait . la connexion à internet est pratiquement nulle nous avons payé all incluse néanmoins au niveau de la page on a paye le déjeuné et les boissons ce n'est pas normale

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, pools were nice and evening entertainment was reasonable.

Restaurant and bar staff weren’t very attentive and didn’t pay much attention to guests. Bar staff in particular didn’t make very much effort preparing drinks and just threw things together. Had to complain that my son was refused an ice cream at 17:02 because they stopped serving at 17:00, even though we were stood next to the kiosk prior to 5pm. It’s the little things like this that count and make a big difference to customers. Having said this, reception staff were very nice and super helpful.

Its location was close to the beach and town of Oludeniz and the cable car. The hotel was on a hill so that we had beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The food was 5 star and the staff couldn’t do enough for you!

Although all the facilities and rooms and the grounds were kept immaculately the hotel could do with some TLC. It has obviously been a wonderful well used hotel in the past. We aren’t complaining just stating the obvious.
