Location to restaurants, Malecon, Old Town, Ocean, all within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

Shower water was never warm, pool needed to be cleaned so we never used it. Breakfast opened at 8am so not good for early flights. Safe needed a battery, we asked but it was never fixed. Our room faced a busy street, noisy at night.

La habitación que se me asignó estaba demasiado pequeña, pude ver que tenían otras habitaciones más grandes. Tal vez porque viajaba solo me asignaron una habitación tan pequeña. Ya que viajaba por trabajo, me hubiera gustado que hubiera un escritorio en la habitación.

Our air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and attentive. We appreciated the room service. The location was very centric. Anywhere that we couldn't walk to, we could take a very cheap Uber to and arrived to wherever we wanted. The TV had some good channels on it that we enjoyed.

I think one of the worst parts was the smell of sewage coming out of the shower drain every single day. We had to close the bathroom door and open the bathroom window so that it wouldn't stink the entire unit up. It was almost enough to make me gag. The room service also came at some of the most inconvenient times. They would come at 10:00 a.m., we were usually still asleep, so we would ask them to come later and oftentimes they didn't. The shower door did not close completely, so after every shower we had a gigantic flood throughout the entire bathroom floor. We did find one cockroach once we arrived, but other than that we didn't see any. We have seen many reports in these comments about bed bugs, thankfully we searched the bed and we did not find any. We were in room 306. The View out the window was nothing basically. You looked out and it was just like four walls and then all of the different radiators for the different rooms. You couldn't see the sky, trees, street, anything. I think another one of the worst aspects was the fact that the pool was disgusting. It looks like it never has any maintenance on it. And this was extremely disappointing because this was one of the selling factors for us to make this reservation. The rooftop pool would have been great views, fun swimming time, etc and we weren't able to enjoy any of that. The elevator has also been broken indefinitely. There has been no date of repair or anything like that. This is extremely inconsiderate to guests who are differently abled and unable to take the flights of stairs. I'm a 24 year old, healthy man and I even found it difficult to go up and down the stairs every time. I also found it very strange that room service would come into my room and touch ALL of my things. For example, my medication bottles were rearranged after they came to do the house cleaning. I found that to be an invasion of privacy and it made me extremely uncomfortable.

Bad experience with the bad order coming from the bathroom drain, we were moved to a different room but the smell was still there, not as bad but was uncomfortable.

1675 pesos instead of 1400stated.they put me in a room with no windows and two small children room till I complained and had to warn them I would stop payment if room wasnt upgraded immediately which it was did not appreciate the boss lady with a tra charging above your price,and original room she gaved me.

This hotel is very old and worn out. Dampness in the rooms, toxic fungus on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The staff did nothing after our reports. They ignored it with laughter. Furniture in the rooms in a tragic condition. Rooms with windows facing the street are very noisy, there is a lot of traffic around the clock. Breakfast very poor, for a European only scrambled eggs to eat, and the service is very annoying. During breakfast you feel like in a school canteen. I admire the perseverance of American and Canadian tourists who choose this hotel and are satisfied. In Europe, such a facility would have been closed long ago due to the scandalous sanitary conditions. Apparently this is standard across North America. Moreover, the price for such conditions is absurd! You pay like for a good 4 star hotel in CDMX and you get a moldy rooms! People who give this place a positive opinion have probably never been to a normal hotel in decent conditions.

it was in a great location close to the beach. They included a tasty breakfast. It was a bit pricier than advertised which caught us off guard. Staff was was helpful and courteous.

The windows did not have screens. The electricity shuts off when you leave the room so made it difficult to charge our electronic devises. A bit pricey for the accommodations
