Recepção atenciosa, limpeza do quarto. Bom café da manhã e agilidade no check in e no checkout.
Pode melhorar: móveis mais novos, TV maior, abajur mais limpo.

Das erste nacht in der erste Turm. Die zweite Turm ist später fertig gemacht worden. Dann war die Übernachtung auch gut

Localização estratégica no centro da cidade, próximo a varios pontos turisticos, o que me ajudou bastante., as instalações são antigas mas cumprem o papel e também estava tudo limpinho.

I liked the great breakfast food. Walking distance to 2 cheap restaurants for an exceptional lunch. The central location for cheap Uber trips to gastronomical centers. Super hot water in the shower
There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would have used the gym if they had one.

Parking at the hotel itself is possible, this was not clear when booking.
Room a little noisy (traffic), but had a good night sleep.

The location is convenient, being just across the street from the bus station.
The beds were uncomfortably hard.

Ritter is low key. Reasonably priced w good services. It’s Located right across the main bus terminal. Very easy to get a cab. Neighborhood is a little shady, not a location to go for a stroll.

All the staff (reception, cleaning, parking, restaurant) were very friendly and dedicated.
The neighborhood. As it is quite close to the central buss station the streets surrounding cause a bad impression.
But once you're inside the hotel everything is fine

The location is ideal paired with very reasonable cost for very good quality installations.
The room was spotless.
There's nothing I didn't like but it'd be great if they offered small simple apartments at a low cost for just a few hours- shower and rest-for those who have to wait 3 or 4 hours for their bus.
