O ponto forte desta acomodação é a localização que fica em frente a uma das pracas principais e próximo a ruas com várias comodidades, comércios e restaurantes.

Hotel antigo, estava em reforma, no andar que me hospedei ficamos com a sensação de estar no meio de uma obra, quase nenhum hospede e muitos funcionários que estavam trabalhando na obra de reforma dos quartos, os quais ficavam com as portas abertas e tínhamos acesso do visual da demolição e reforma dos quartos.

Everything is excelent, location is perfect and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast is a bit expensive according other hotels.

The room was large and clean and had everything you’d expect from a 5* (hairdryer, iron, robes, smart tv etc). The staff were incredibly professional and friendly and helped with getting us taxis, which was really appreciated. It is also in a prime location, with the main sites of Mendoza city within walking distance.

It was very old fashioned and is definitely in need of a freshen up, a refurb to bring it into the 21st century would not go amiss! Even though the room rate was very reasonable compared to most Park Hyatt’s, it is still overpriced for the quality. For example, there was no turn down service, the amenities and furniture were very basic and shabby, and the mini bar was extremely sparse. Also breakfast was not included in our room rate which we thought was cheeky given the price, and especially in comparison to other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Argentina. These all included breakfast, even despite carrying much cheaper room rates.

The Hyatt Mendoza epitomises supreme comfort, luxury and service in the most central location overlooking Mendoza’s town square. We had the feeling we were in the best hotel in the city. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, but allowed me to practice my fledgling Spanish with them! We had our most restful stay of our entire tour of Argentina at this hotel - with its luxurious beds in seriously comfortable rooms. We felt completely at home while bathing in luxury.

Location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful .

The casino is a bit tacky, we didn’t realize it was accessible from the hotel. The hotel is still not working in a sustainable way. Single use plastics in the form of toiletries, bottled water and tiny sachets of condiments (ketchup, mayonnaise) are still being used. Sustainability should be a priority, especially for large hotel chains with all the means at their disposal.

Location was superb, overlooking plaza independencia. The terrace bar area was excellent, welcoming, very good wine advice from the sommelier and a good atmosphere. We had a couple of meals there, which were very good.

Service at breakfast was disappointing. I was surprised that a hotel of this standard couldn’t make a proper cup of tea, and couldn’t even manage a pot of boiling water to go with my tea bags. Restaurant staff seemed inexperienced and not very proactive. The last park Hyatt I stayed at was Paris, Place Vendome. The two do not compare. I was expecting a similar experience, but was disappointed.
