A localização e as lojas que se encontram no hotel facilitam muito a dinâmica durante a estadia.
Algumas instalações são antigas como os elevadores e banheiros.
Além disso um dos dias teve a troca da roupa de banho e faltou uma toalha de banho.

Predio muito bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã e com funcionários muito educados e prestativos, nos ajudaram com as malas e com dicas de lojas na região. No mesmo prédio tinham algumas conveniencias, café, restaurantes e empresa de turismo o que foi bem legal tb!
As acomodações são bem antigas e deixam a desejar no conforto, mas não tivemos problema em relação à isso, só tínhamos uma expectativa diferente.

This is a great value hotel located right next to Plaza Italia and a short walk to Plaza Independencia and its nightly fountain lights music show. Comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the Andes from my room, 826.
Nice breakfast served daily. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to clean my room after 1 p.m. when I'd slept in from exhaustion all morning with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. By the time I came to, the only person left on the floor was the housekeeping inspector, but she said she'd make sure my room got cleaned and it was. Check-in and check out couldn't have gone more smoothly.

the only positive thing I can say is great location.
Otherwise, this is a tired and run down hotel. It doesn’t look like photos at all. Staff were disinterested to the point of rude. The room was unclean and had awful smell of foul drains. The breakfast was chaotic with almost exclusively processed foods. A tiny portion of scrambled eggs was available but only on request and took nearly 30 minutes to come, at which point we were told breakfast was over and we had to leave the space in 5 minutes!

la habitación contaba con un baño de buen tamaño, pero sus sanitarios muy antiguos y no bonitos, muy bajos me refiero a la distancia desde el suelo, eso era incómodo.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Habitación grande pero cortinas viejas y rotas que dejan pasar la luz. El baño es anticuado y si medis 1,70 te chocas el techo al alzar las manos y la bacha esta muy abajo.

Rooms r so old it’s gross bed had one of those yucky thin cover then a thin sheet. Breakfast was horrible with so little selection.
