El trato del personal, su ubicación y habitación muy amplia.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in Plaza Italia, walking distance from everywhere. Staff was friendly and rooms were large, very comfortable

Breakfast could be better

Bathroom needs renovation, bedding and pillows found very standard, pillows were hard

The room, or rather suite which we weren't expecting, was huge and very nicely kitted out with a lot of charm. In addition to the bedroom there was a lovely lathe drawing room with comfortable sofa, writing desk etc.. In fact we chose to spend most of our time in that room and the only constructive criticism I'd like to give is that this is where the television should be rather than in the bedroom which by comparison felt a little bit claustrophobic. Just personal preference.

In center, very convenient!
