Proximity to cafes , tourist attractions and subway

The decor of the suites are pretty old and not enough pillows as they are pretty flat. That shows they are old

Great location, and easy access to cafes, restaurants and just opp Insadong hanok village . Convenient with 7-11 and supermarkets atound the corner

Great space for families with small children.

Very inhospitable accommodation. There were only 5 pillows provided and when i asked for extra bec we were travelling with children (which they were advised ahead of time) they only gave 4 lumpy pillows. Beds are worn out - you could feel the spring on your backs as you lay down. Rooms arent cleaned thorougly - we had to move a bed against a wall and there was a thick layer of dust underneath, socks left by other guests, food packaging. No complimentary coffee/tea in the room. No toothpaste, no hand soap. No housekeeping on weekends - not even trash collection. Imagine this while travelling with children still wearing diapers. On check out, our flight was still at 7pm so we stayed at the lobby for a bit while waiting for our transpo. I asked the reception if our kids can play in the playroom - guy manning reception very snootily said no we may not use the facilities anymore.

Very spacious apartment for the price. Clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic being near to many eating places as well as within walking distance of a number of places of interest such as bukchon village and and myeongdong. Theres also a metro station nearby

Furnishings in the apartment is a bit dated. Pillows are a bit too soft for comfort

I've stayed here six times and this was the absolutely worst experience by far. The lighting was dim but was described as normal by the maintenance person. We never had problems with the lighting. We were unable to control the room's temperature. There were thermostats that turned on but did nothing to control the temperature. The towels looked freshly washed but they got wet they gave off a horrible stench. The front desk people agreed with me on this one. It was like they were washed with polluted water. We had to wash the towels before using them

Staff were not accommodating, very late check-in. The beds/mattresses were horrible, extremely horrible. Minimal pillow provided, which is of very low quality.

Easy access to metro, cafes and restaurants nearby

We checked in the room (3 bedrooms with 2 toilets), once we entered into the room, we heard water sound and found out one of the toilets was flooding and water kept running out, we called the operator, telling them the problem, they said will arrange a staff to check for us but no staff approached us at all while we waited in our room. We then took our luggage and went to the reception to request for room changing. At first they insisted to have a technician fixing for us but no idea how long it would take, we told them we need to rest after our flight and again asked them to arrange us for another room, finally they agreed. I think the staff is not willing to solve guest problem. Hotel WiFi not supporting the YouTube channel for watching the WTT on live, no idea at all.

No te reservan taxi a no ser que vayas al aeropuerto.

La literie très confortable, de belles salles de bain, les équipements ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser etc… )la vue du 13eme étage, une très belle piscine et une belle salle de sport et l’emplacement à Séoul

Absolutely amazing location and very nice and spacious apartments

A couple of things would have made it perfect. A coffee machine with coffee capsules and a detergent for the dish washer. Also some water in the fridge on arrival. Also the breakfast choice was very limited. Quite American style.

Not scenic

Beliggenhet er helt strålende ift de mest kjente attraksjonene. Vi gikk til det meste.

Ikke direkte mislikte, men det er et hotell som er praktisk, men ikke så hyggelig. Veldig sterilt utrykk!

Location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. 5 min walk to Ikseondong and cultural souvenir shopping strip right on door step. 7 11 across the road. Rooms were huge, basically an apartment and suitable for long term stays with plenty of storage.

No house keeping on weekends. Cribs cannot be guaranteed.

Fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Location 2nd to none. Staff extremely helpful. As far as we are concerned, the only place to stay in Seoul. Perfect for the 3 of us. Great pool

Ruimte van het appartement, de locatie en de voorzieningen. Openbaar vervoer vlakbij en heel veel winkels en eetgelegenheden nabij. Mooi zwembad en sauna.

Toegangskaarten weigerden regelmatig . Besturing liften onduidelijk.

Spacious 2 bedrooms, very clean, 2 bathrooms. Washing machine and dishwasher working well.Wifi and AC worked well. Full size refrigerator. Well equipped kitchen. Did not use drying function but there is a rack. Simple daily cleaning which suits us well. We were upgraded to a higher floor and had a nice view. Also we could check in a bit earlier than scheduled. At check out they arrange for a taxi to Incheon. Very nice staff.

Wish the sauna and steam room worked.
