房間真的不大，沒有單獨淋浴空間，和浴缸合在一起，淋浴時候沒有東西阻擋，水會弄到地板都很濕，而且一晚5000台幣還沒有早餐⋯⋯⋯

The location was perfect. It is just across the Hyundai and Starmall. It is very easy to locate. There are also good restaurants nearby and a convenience store. We were able to celebrate new year here and walked about 15 minutes to witness the bell ringing in the palace and some fireworks too.

Room was pretty cramped and small at 18sqm. So if you have a big luggage, be ready to step into it. The table is also small and if there's two of you in the double bed, one would have to go on top of the other to pass through.

The location was absolutely fantastic in terms of being close to a subway station (10min walk) and practically across the road from the Airport Limousine bus terminal (which maps will NOT provide you with as an option to get there, but is the best way to/from either airport). The room was snug, and was plenty warm in the middle of winter (in fact it was too warm, and we had to open the window most evenings to try cool it down enough to sleep!). The staff kept it nice and clean, and were friendly greeting us every time we walked past the front desk.

The room was too hot. There was an air conditioning unit, but for some reason would not allow us to have a temperature lower than 24c, which when they only provide a duvet to sleep with, made the nights really hot. The room also looked to be advertised as having a bath, but our room did not have this. Random noises (we think central heating and pipes) were loud enough to wake us in the night (we were unable to reach deep sleep due to the heat anyway). I was also disappointed that sauna on site is for men only, and no women's option was available.

AC's were not working in both the rooms. Poor Quality bed and pillows. Restaurant was closed all time

The receptionist was very kind and ok.

The rooms are too small. There s no confort. It s ok for one night. But more than one night it s not good. The noise is everytime. You cannot open the window because it s too noisy.

Clean, good location. The room was big enough for a couple and it was comfortable.

Free airport taxi service was not available when asked. False advertising.

I am a little torn about this hotel. I booked it because it was very close to the conference center and because of the convenient looking modern interior mainly. The hotel is in the direct vicinity of the COEX mall and conference center, a Hyundai Department Store with an excellent food floor, and near several subway stations. It also seems close to some nightlife spots (I didn‘t go there personally). Also the City Airport is basically across the street and the limousine bus is definitely the most convenient way to get from/to the airport from this area in Seoul. Compact (small rooms are normal in such locations in Asia) modern interior with a good overall layout. I liked the desk, the modern and clean bathroom, and the bench at the window. Some rooms have no view or mainly towards the wall of the next building, but I was ok with that (I didn’t book a room with view). Citibank for drawing cash, several convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants are also nearby.

There were a few issues with the room. I asked for a scent free room because I am sensitive to perfume. The hotel confirmed about the room, but didn’t mention that there would be a strong scent concept in the lobby (was sneezing every time I went in/out). The room had no scent, but a strong odor (similar to smoke). Luckily the windows opened and I slept with the window open and left it half open while away. Unfortunately the area is rather lively, there was street construction going on outside, and there was a lot of noise from the hotel‘s air conditions. It was ok for me, but not great. The lights in the entrance of the room turned on automatically by movement sensor. Not so great when there are two people in the room, as you will easily wake up the other person (remedied by sticking a peace of paper on the sensor). Also there was a rather bright light on the air condition unit that I needed to cover. There was a modern self-flushing toilet, which unfortunately flushed randomly. It continued even when adjusting the settings, so I ended up unplugging it for the night. The bathroom door covered the closes rack when open. So no quick getting sth. when in and out from the bathroom while getting ready. My husband (rather tall) wanted to put sth. on the top shelf of the clothes rack. His clothes ended up being covered in dust. The roof terrace and cafe were still closed „due to the pandemic“ (!) in June 2023. I was a little disappointed about that. If some points of the above would be fixed, I would be happy to stay there again.

Location was great. Room was clean and amenities were good.

Small sized room. Reception staff didn't smile and not one receptionist lifted their heads to say hello or goodbye as we entered and exited the lobby.

Booked this hotel because of the proximity to Coex (attended an expo) and I have stayed there before. Excellent location, clean and modern facilities, very comfy bed, and the nicest employees. Several friends also booked this hotel for the same expo after I told them how great it was the last time I was there, and I would 100% continue to tell people it is a great hotel.

The location was perfect for attending an expo RIGHT across the street. The hotel was no frills, nice, and clean.

Parking was full on day 1 of trip, so I had to repark at the hotel for day 2 of trip.

Nice location, just across the street from Coex Mall and Hyundai Department Store with shopping, cinema and metro. The airport bus stop is across the street too, very convenient. Nice room and bathroom with good shower pressure. Clean room and free water. Good bed. You can wash/dry your clothes. I like that you can open the window, but also have an air cleaner and AC. I would visit again.

Maybe the room was a little small for two people. If you're one, it's perfect. The gym was a little small too, had treadmill and some dumbbells.
