Great location.

Room was very small with a small bathroom.

明洞駅9番出口の目の前、セブンイレブン真下、朝食にインスタントラーメンが沢山の種類から選べて調理して貰える、徒歩1分で明洞中心部に行ける。

シャワーが2つあり一つはシャワーヘッドの位置が高すぎて浴室がびしょ濡れになる。

Very convenient to favorite spots. Subway just outside front door. Street food alley one block away. Shopping walking distance. Staff always concerned about your needs. Very respectful and accommodating.. Highly recommended for someone new in Seoul and would like to experience Myeongdong with out hassles. 7-11 and 24 hour Ramyun spot next door. Will be staying there again next opportunity.

Probably need another pair of Coin operated washer and dryer

明洞駅9番出口からすぐで、日本語対応スタッフがいて、コインランドリーがあり、隣にはコンビニ、ラーメンを楽しめる施設がある。 朝ごはんも近くに良いところがあり困らない。 最高でした。

Excellent location. The airport bus stops right by the hotel, and the exit for Metro Line 4 is next to the hotel as well. The staffs are friendly. Highly recommended.

We booked the 4-bed room. Although the bathroom lacked a main door, it wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was still a very nice room.

「明洞」という便利な立地。あくまで、今回はということで。毎回テーマが変わるので。

フロントに立っているスタッフでさえ、スーツケースを持ってのルートを説明できなかった。

The location and the friendliness of the staff are the best quality of this hotel.

The WiFi signal at night is not strong in the room. Daytime is ok. Sound proofing of the room needs improvement as well. We can hear people talking and staff vacuuming early in the morning in the room so that's not ideal. The room is also not very big but for 2 people and 2 medium size luggage, it's passable.

2日間は雨だったので、地下鉄出口すぐで良かった。 部屋の写真が少なくて不安でしたが、浴槽の深さもあって、広さも申し分ありませんでした。コンセントも日本と同じものもあり、所持している電化製品は100-240Vのものばかりだったので、変圧器とC型コンセントは一度も使わずにすみました。 4人部屋はなかなかないので貴重。

窓があってないようなものだったところ。隣のビルの壁しか見えません。でも寝に帰るだけだったので気になりませんでした。 あとは足拭きマットがなかったので、バスタオルを使いました。 冷蔵庫が小さい。

Location is excellent.

Very small room, no toiletries. Price on the high side. 1st night our toilet basin was leaking, we complained the next day and was given a new room but however we have to wait till 3 pm before getting the room. I will not stay here anymore. The room looks very old though.

ホテル中にいい匂いがしました。 スタッフの方もとても親切で 気持ち良いゴールデンウィークを 過ごさせてもらいました。 アメニティのシャンプーのおかげか 髪の毛がサラサラになりました

ドアの建て付けが悪いのか 1回では開きませんでした。 全然許容範囲です。

The hotel is strategically located. Near the shopping district of Myeongdong and subway exit is right in front of the main entrance.

駅近、明洞から近いのでたくさん買い物していったん荷物を置きに帰ることが出来たのがよかった！ コンビニもあったのも便利だった！

4人部屋で、全員スーツケースを広げると足場がなくなって大変だった。少し窮屈だった。

スタッフの方の対応は素晴らしかった。

空調の調整が出来ず、10秒程ですぐ止まり暑さ野あまりに寝付けずに、3月なのに扇風機を借りました。 部屋の窓がなく、とても乾燥して喉が痛くなりました。 部屋の壁がとても薄く、隣りの部屋の会話がはっきりと聞き取れました。

･１階にセブン、ラーメンを作れる機械がある ･明洞駅からすぐ ･日本製品対応のプラグ、電圧もあったこと(2つあった) ･水毎日くれる ･ここに泊まるとイニスフリーの店舗で割引してくれる ･スタッフさんが日本語できる

私達の部屋は、窓の外がすぐ隣の建物で、ほぼ日差しは入ってこなかったから、空気悪い感じがした。部屋のあたりはずれあるかも。

près du métro (exit 9) et bus. c'est pratique si vous réservez des tours de la journée, presque tous les bus passent par Myeongdong. il y a le marché de nuit juste à côté. il y a le bus pour l'aéroport moins de 100m de l'hôtel (exit 8). L'accueil est sympa

j'aime pas la lumière de la chambre. la chambre n'est pas très bien isolée, on entend le bruit de l'autre chambre et du couloir.

スタッフの日本語の対応が良かったです。部屋は21ｍ2で少し狭いけど快適でした。 コンビニもホテル内から行けるので便利でした。

バスマットがあれば良かったです。

Superb location, friendly counter staff and the room service is awesome.

We are a family of 3, therefore we opt for family room which is no view and stuffy initially due to no air-conditioned. We feedback to the counter staff, they immediately arrange a fan for us. Thank you so much

Room was clean, shower room great, good for family, great accessibility to subway and shopping street

No windows. Lack of ceramic cups. Fridge is too small to put anything.

Only location. Nothing else. I’m not sure why your hotel deserves such good reviews.

The rooms are small, the tv is like iPad Pro size, the carpet feels dirty. The beds are hard, the blanket very thin, There’s no warmer so u have to use your creativity to adjust the window for very small air to come in if outside is 0degree or colder. During winter, the hotel decided to shut down the aircon system of the entire building but failed to know the some of their rooms have windows that are sealed from outside. That leaves the room with no air circulation and stuffy though outside is 3-6degree. The counter staff even tried to offer us a standing fan which is absurd! We paid a premium to get a pleasant stay, not to accommodate the hotel’s shortcoming. They even told us no more rooms available and tried to persuade us to stay in that stuffy room for 1 night🤦‍♂️we insisted for a room change and will not accept any room with no air circulation and suddenly after checking with the manager, the rooms decided to be available. Comparing to the another hotel 7 mins walk away which I stayed for 3 nights with price 30% cheaper but the stay was fabulous! They shut down the entire building aircon too, but the windows can be open and they have warmers to regulate the temperature in the room.

Near the subway station and have washing machine to do the laundry.

The pillows are too soft and bed mattresses not comfortable. The aircon heater not working properly in level 2 rooms we stayed. It was quite cold in the bedroom and in the toilet.

立地がよく、スタッフも日本語が通じて助かった。

韓国でも、最近は歯ブラシセットはあるところが多いのですが、なかったなぁ。ロビーに販売があったが、それはおいて欲しい。

room a bit small for twin sharing

The hotel location is fantastic. Location near Myeongdong and very convenient to go around. The room is clean, however we were not please with the plastic drinking cup and drinking packets provided in the room. Hope this can be improved

Hope to improve the room facilites (e.g. drinking cup, coffee packet - should given better quality coffee packets). Room is a bit small for 2 person stay.
