The bed for our 12 years old daughter was too small.

The staff were very helpful, The breakfast was fresh and varied. The location was very good.

The extra bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable - basically a bench with an ultrathin mattress. The hotel itself is old-fashioned and shabby. Getting to the ski room was unnecessarily complicated.

Free entrance to Alpentherme. Clean. Perfect staff.

Alpentherme is 500m away. In season totaly overcrowded. Its not possible to rate together hotel and spa. Hotel woud need general reconstruction. Equipment is 30Y+ old.

Super warm welcome. Great views. Quiet and peaceful night’s sleep. Spacious and comfortable room. Quick access to ski room. Superb breakfast choice.

The bathroom is adequate for the price of the room but an update would enhance the property.

Amazing view on the mountains during breakfast. The therms and cable car tickets included in the price of stay.

The duvet cover was dirty but was replaced on the first request.

The room was very nice, enough space, extra area for sitting, with balcony right towards mountains. They provided a free entrance to alpentherme, which made it a real good deal. Same with cabinlift, also for free! Breakfast very nice too.

The bed could have been a little bigger.

Clean accommodation a few minutes' walk away from the main attractions. Great deal that the entrance to the spa is included on all days (incl. arrival and departure day), and the cable cars are included too (except on the departure day). The furniture is already a bit older but my room was in a good condition, it was clean and the heating worked well. Overall a very good experience.

Coffee at breakfast could be better, pillow in the room was too big/high.

bath room old, while showering in the bathtub with inadequate shower wall the floor gets very wet., very small shampoo and no soap for shower or other toiletries provided, bathrobe had big brown spot, teapot and cups but no spoons. Toilet was seperate from bathroom and no wash badin to clean hands. Cutlery at breakfast was dirty… and service personnel unfriendly. it is noticeable that there is a lack of investment to upkeep property, in my opinion the hotel does by far not meet a 4* standard. Owner was extremely unfriendly when I complained and not at all interested in providing a pleasant stay or in improving the facilities. I do not recommend this property.
