Cama maravilhosa, dormi profundamente e muito bem. Café da manhã mais do que completo e funcionários extremamente cuidadosos e simpáticos.

This was my fourth ou fifth time at Hyatt through those 2 years (2021-2023) and something really amazing is the staff, since the main entrance until the cleaning service team... It is clearly possible to see the customer care

If we compare the Hyatt with other hotels of the same category, it is possible to notice that the Hyatt is getting old, mainly furniture, hotel aisles, structure is still very good, but the cost-benefit of being in a luxury hotel is not so favorable anymore as it was two or three years ago. It's still the same furniture, same showers, colors... And turning on the television just got harder too. The cable tv doesn't work, it's hard to connect with the smartphone... the hotel's infrastructure is getting outdated for such a high price.

Breakfast was good but the Service was not great. I had to ask multiple times for tea and still waited long for it. While other customer who came after me, got served before me.

Outstanding comfort and cleanliness of rooms. Restaurant was amazing. Food was exquisite. The pool area is gorgeous!

The hotel staff was super accommodating, attentive, courteous and fun. We loved our stay! It is an oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle!

Only one restaurant available for non club members and closing really early.
