Apartamentos espaçosos, bem equipados e muito confortáveis. Tanto a localização do hotel quanto o café da manhã são muito bons. Toda a equipe de funcionários é muito educada e atenciosa.

Muito espaçoso e confortável, bem localizado, equipe muito prestativa e simpática, café da manhã muito gostoso e em um ambiente aconchegante, o hotel é ótimo para estadias longas.
A única ressalva é o valor, se equipara a hoteis com maior estrutura quando se trata de lazer e áreas comuns mas o preço vale a pena quando se trata do quarto.

La chiave elettronica si è smagnetizzata e non poteva essere sostituita, ho passato tutto il soggiorno a dover chiedere di essere accompagnato in camera e tutte le volte che andavo in palestra, dovevo obbligatoriamente scendere alla reception per farmi accompagnare in camera, perché senza chiave l’ascensore non funzionava

Wonderful breakfast served buffet style with an extensive variety of options to choose from and additional options available a la carte.
The towels in the bathroom are old. thin and worn. Replacing them with fresh, soft plush towels would greatly enhance the comfort in the bathrooms, which otherwise are spacious, clean, and well appointed.

Friendly staff. Nice suites. Very comfortable beds.
Air conditioning broke down both nights. They fixed it eventually the first night. But on the second night there was no maintenance personnel (they leave after 8 or 9pm and nobody is on call) and the A/C system had gone down in the whole building. It was too hot for us to sleep so we ended up feeling frustrated and tired. Staff could do nothing to help and didn’t sound very fussed about the problem either. Ridiculous for a “luxury” residence.

Our suite was spacious, quiet and clean. Balcony was a plus. Super comfortable bed. Staff was very polite and helpful. The property is based in one of the safest neighbourhoods of SP.
Breakfast was pretty basic.
