The Location - that’s about it.

1. The property was FILTHY. 2. The property had the worst smell, cleaning products & room sprays could not get rid of it. 3. Everything was broken. 4. Bedding was dirty & smelt, paper thin in the middle of Perth winter. 5. Wasn’t given toilet paper for a group of three. 6. AC did not work. 7. Elevator was falling apart - did not seem safe. We stayed here due to our accommodation cancelling last min & not being able to find anything else. I would never stay here again!

dirty, no lamps in second bedroom, fan didn't work, power points kept tripping safety switch, the main bedroom had one lamp. no bulb. the washing machine was rusted, the toilet took a long time to refill, the floors had broken or spongy floorboards, the whole place stank of cigarettes, all the cutlery and crockery were dirty, bad hours for concierge, phones in room didn't work, no where to find wifi access, pool was closed until further notice. I will contacting the place for a refund.

Worst hotel experience of my life please please for goodness sake stay somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Terrible service was told there was a pool when there wasn't. Lied to repeatedly by staff. Room stank and were blood stained.
