Food was good, location is good.
the bathroom is too small, a bit old, gym is very small with limited equipment, service could be better.

O hotel tem uma boa localização e uma equipe muito prestativa e rápida.
Infelizmente tive três situações chatas durante a minha estadia de 1 noite. No check-in me deram uma chave de acesso a um quarto que já estava ocupado. Após voltar a recepção, alteraram o quarto para outro andar, porém o cheiro de cigarro no corredor do andar que eu fiquei era muito forte, provavelmente impregnado no carpete, felizmente o cheiro não estava presente no quarto. Por fim o ar condicionado deixou de funcionar no final da noite, como já estava deitada pra dormir optei por avisar a recepção somente na manhã seguinte.

Eles não acharam a nossa reserva e não me ofereceram opções … Depois de muito stress …. Finalmente acharam as reservas …. Isso era uma sexta feira por volta das 21h15…. Má comunicação entre o Booking.com e esse hotel Blue Tree Anália Franco … Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação formal devido a esse fato.

It’s the second time with stay at this hotel and I can say that our room was much better than the first. Clean, bigger more modern and comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.
Laundry room still not working, but not a big deal at all.

The staff was amazing, great breakfast and excellent location.
We had to get the room key reset every day as stopped working.
The laundry was out of service.
Our shower drainer had a very bad smell so we had to keep the door shut.
The hotel is aware of all of that and I’m sure they are working on it to make it better.
Did not make us not like the place at all.

The receptionist was very kind.
Awful room. It said luxury room. It is NOT. Not even close. The curtains had little holes in them, so had the linen. The bathroom was dirty. The TV was small and old.
When we arrived at the hotel we were really tired and they sent us to our room but they were still cleaning it. We had to go back to the reception and wait until they finish, and when we complained they acted like it was nothing. Truly disrespectful.
Go to another hotel, you'll pay the same and have a much better EVERYTHING.
