O quarto é bem amplo, a localização excelente, região silenciosa e camas muito confortáveis. Equipe de atendimento muito atenciosa.
A parte do box das camas está precisando de manutenção, o piso do quarto também.
A qualidade da comida do restaurante é muito ruim e os valores altíssimos.

Tive problemas com o quarto,e o gerente ignorou os problemas ,não dando o desconto solicitado.Ar condicionado não funcionou ,ducha não está com qualidade na saída da água,espelho de rosto sem luz.Pagamos pelo serviço que não teve a mínima qualidade.Um absurdo!

A localização muito boa. Conseguimos andar a pé e o Emporio proximo foi um achado!! Melhor lanche que fizemos! O pao melhor que do cafe da manha... kkk Se bem que as criancas gostaram de canja do hotel. Valeu a experiencia.
Achei que o cafe da manha deixou a desejar. Poderia ter mais opções de bolos e itens sem gluten. O croissant tinham gosto estranho. Cafe ruim, poderiam investir num cafe de melhor qualidade.

I remembered I forgot my (expensive) skin care product on the sink in the bathroom the night after checkout. Called and asked about it and they kept saying they would get back to me and then just stopped responding. The item was clearly stolen.

The reception staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us book internal flights after our holiday plans had to change last minute.

Breakfast buffet was very good as well as the service. The room was spacious enough, although the bathroom was a bit cramped. Other than that, the location is wonderfull if you requiere that area of Sao Paulo.
