Room was excellent, staff was so cooperative, breakfast was very good & even pure veg.
It was always a nice stay in Hotel Ratnawali.

Great location,,near the shopping and central areas, at the same time away from the hustle and b]ustle . Helpful staff and reception,, GREAT BREAKFAST in the morning. No egg options though
No dedicated parking ,,,just a small spot in fron of the hotel adjoining the road, Do not have facilities for accompanying help ( driver ) to sleep .
Rooms have very small windows, which open to a veiw of the airconditioner,,must be noisy in Summer months.

Location, Food, Rooms and cost effective
Glass door in bathroom was missing .due to that all bathroom was getting wet after taking bath by any one .
However, Rest everything is excellent in this hotel .

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The in-house restaurant serves awesome food at reasonable rates. For dinners they have a very talented live musician.

Cleaningness and Hygiene level has maintained properly. Staff behaviour was wonderful. Value for money.
They didn't provide Mineral water bottles included with the room only regular water .

Excellent service fr hotel staff. Very attentive obliging and friendly. Very honest too. Our power bank that we had misplaced was returned to us. Location of hotel to main tourist sights is also excellent. Good facilities inside the room esp hot bath water, tea coffee making, comfortable mattress. Excellent Wifi.

Clean, nice staff, very nice rooftop and the common area. They also kept our language for so long and did early checkin. Near to nice bars and restaurants

the staff was very helpful and tried to meet any of our request, the room was spacious and they served us late dinner as soon as we arrived inside the room.
the location is not really at a walking distance from the center and you cannot really find good restaurants and shops/bars around.
