As usual, the location is quiet and centric if you plan on leaving the city by car. The hotel itselve is snuggly fit in between of habitational areas.

The sauna didnt work properly (when asking what can be done they said that is up to another company). The wet area itselve is quite old and degrading, seems not to get the proper maintainance (i have been at the hotel many times before and have never been disappointed before). The day of our departure our suite did not have running hot water, we had to have a shower with freezing water. When askin what happened they said it was "temporary"...which should have been pre-alerted so we could take proper measures.

The breakfast is 7-8 out of 10. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly, courteous and professional.

The hotel is located on a pretty active noisy street, therefore the windows should have been upgraded to the double- soundproof ones. I had to sleep with ear plugs to be able to rest. Otherwise this is a good hotel, recommended.

I come to Bogota often and tried a few other hotels however I always end up returning home, as my dad said this Saturday. The staff is amazing and are a great help for me with my legally blind 82 years old dad and my vivacious 83 years old mom. The breakfast is divine. They know my parents and the bellboy team always are right there when we arrive and leave the hotel to help dad, and support mom and I. Yes I tried a few places, but as of Saturday decided not to do so any more 101, is 101. Thank you for all the genuine love and support.

We had initially booked at a different hotel and had some trouble with the dates. We found this through a quick search looking for a private jacuzzi and by the end of our stay we figured this was a much better option than what we had originally planned! Great service, the suite was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive.

Location and facilities

The staff was amazing. They are a pet friendly hotel. Great value for money. The hotel is being renovated, but we didn't mind the old style. Very big rooms.

Loved 🥰 the friendliness of the staff as always. The location is super convenient, just a couple of blocks from my mom’s. Breakfast was very good…. Plenty of fruits, breads, egg options and other.

The room not being cleaned on time… not having free coffee ☕️ daily, for early in the morning. And if we would request coffee for the next morning, sometimes it wasn’t delivered. The bathroom was very clean but it didn’t look like they were vacuuming every day. Ate a couple of dinners at the restaurant that weren’t that good. We think you guys need better chefs. It looks like the hotel is getting older and needs remodeling.

Extremely comfortable room, beds, and the house keeping was fantastic. I reached a few hours before check in and they accomodated me without any question! Extremely courteous, and definitely a place that I will stay in again during my next visit. Hospitable front desk staff, good taxi men, and very kind security.

Perhaps the breakfast could have had a bit more variety. Also was not aware that we could order for eggs as we like so that if we could be made aware of would be better. Bit more English would be helpful, maybe a write up for the guests which could be handed over to them at check in printed in English? Also Colombia has a lot of fruits, I think the fruit selection could be improved.

The suites are very spacious, the staff is courteous and attentive. The location is great! They even gave us a good computer chair. The daily cleaning crew was good as well. This place was really clean.

The pillows are bad, the shower leaks toward the outside, and the breakfast is nothing like the pictures. They are also doing some internal construction from 8 am to 7 pm, everyday you hear them banging. and the building looks not so great on the inside due to this construction. No face towels The kitchen has some very basic supplies, 2 of each, nothing to use in the oven or the stove, not a pot, pan, or a mitten for safety. I think even though this is a quiet neighborhood the hotel hosted parties for groups each weekend, always until midnight or 1 am. SUPER LOUD. One weekend they even had a Mariachi, the front desk staff said it was almost over, but it lasted 2 more hours after it was supposedly "over". We had a longer stay and that was disappointing.
