The hotel is beautiful. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. It needs improvement. The menu and the way it was cooked. I was not impressed.

didn't like the breakfast that much they had no omelette, didn't like how their eggs were cooked but the rooms are always clean,tidy and the friendly and welcoming staff was top notch

change their breakfast, we should have a choice of eggs, variety of sausages thank you

Tv channels The channels that play on that TV were boring, we couldn't even find 1 cartoon or kids friendly channel

Well located!

Efficiency of the staff when called for room service, friendliness of people both internal and external. Proffessional competence and due-care was an highlite for me.. Everyone was friendly from all client touch points, live engagement and customer service orientation was out of this world...

The size of the tv in my room, not that I complain about it but if you leave your 40/50 inch tv at home and book a weekend away atleast you expect to feel more than what you left behind at home but it was not the case here. And also the broken tile in the bathroom behind the door at room 118 first floor, as part of OHASA checking, Operations manager should note and fix such things because they are not looking good at the clients view. Some plugs were not operational when charging the phones.. These are not complains its just things to look into when getting a chance

The welcome was just wonderful, we came earlier than our checking in time but we were just made to feel at home. That's just how the staff is, Andy my guy your treatment towards people keep it up. It really shows that you are the face of the hotel and you welcomed us with warm hand. Thank you I am definitely going to come to the hotel again and bring more people.
