The apartment was very spacious and really nice. The area is quiet but is only a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants

The apartment was nice and in a great location, very close to the beach, only a short walk.

The staff was very welcoming and speaks English. The facility was spacious. Home away from home has good WiFi, air-conditioning, Netflix, in fact, i was surprised. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.mt kids loved it. The facility was 12 minutes walk to lidl and 5 minutes walk to spar supermarket. Not up 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The children's park was a stone throw away, the kids enjoyed it.

The location was great, the apartment is spacious and with a good air conditioning system. The apartment has all the listed appliances, such as a toaster, microwave etc. The stove and oven work well. When we encountered a few issues the staff was very responsive and resolved them quite quickly. Overall the stay was a comfortable one with small hindrances here and there.
The kitchen is missing essential cutlery. No spatula, just two small pans and pots. So if you plan on cooking a lot, it might be tricky.
The elevator is a bit temperamental, it broke down 4 or 5 times in the space of 11 days. But usually got fixed on the same/next day.
Some of the furniture is dated and patched.
There was some rubbish in the surrounding area, on the terrace and around the pool. (It got cleared later on) more of a minus to the people who left it there.

The location was good, the apartment was modern & spacious. The pool was quiet.
The pool was very small & shallow. The air conditioning didn't work took a week to replace, so no sleep & eaten by mosquitos. There were no hangers in the wardrobe, towels were worn & frayed, no sink stopper in the kitchen sink, had to go buy stopper & hangers, had brought our own towels. Once air conditioning was fixed a totally different holiday experience. Except for the noise coming from male groups in the building at all hours of the night.

Very clean apt in a quiet residential area. Rooms were a good size. Staff were lovely

Shower head broken on arrival in master bathroom but they did come in timely fashion to fix it once I notified them
Quite a bit of noise heard from upstairs neighbors - no rugs under dining room tables, beds etc so every time a chair moves it is pretty loud underneath. Our neighbors were usually up until 1am in the morning which did make it tough at times traveling with 2 small children who go to bed by 8pm.

Just slightly further out than anticipated , but manageable. I wasn't expecting so many 20 somethings in a family apartment block but strange times

nice apartment but could not get any heat out of Aircon and spent three cold nights. could provide more warm blankets as there was only one.
