L'hotel andrebbe rinnovato, soprattutto i bagni che mancano di doccia: accetto anche la tenda, piuttosto che il box doccia, ma senza un'asta a cui appendere il doccino è tutto molto complicato e anche pericoloso, soprattutto in hotel di mare. Idem per gli asciugamani un pò datati. Totale mancanza di atmosfera: Quasi mai musica diffusa, luci fredde nelle stanze e nelle parti comuni. In camera mancanza di una luce per il terzo letto. Orario di cena limitato, e anche apertura bar fino alle 11 un pò triste, ma essenzialmente è una struttura geriatrica. Al mattino le donne della pulizia che tu sia in camera o no insistono per entrare. Inoltre il letto viene disfatto e poi la sera te lo devi fare tu!!! Ho dovuto chiedere e far vedere come farlo dopo il secondo giorno. L'hotel ha un potenziale immenso è una struttura bellissima, basterebbe poco. Vado a Creta tutti gli anni... in questo hotel a parità di prezzo, non ho trovato la qualità degli altri al nord. Ma sono certa che sapranno migliorarsi.

Very welcoming staff. Lovely building with nice breakfast and seating. They went out of their way to provide decaf coffees. Beautiful pool and close to tavernas. There’s a private beach just a walk away.

Just one small detail…there was no place to place soap etc while in the shower.

We liked everything, hotel is modern, very cosy, staff makes you feel welcome and they are all super nice and friendly, we specially liked our waitress Letty who made our stay really pleasant. The food is also good, but although we booked half board, we were eating all the time in local tavernas, they are simply amazing!Highly recommend you to try local beer in hotel, The Cretan Kings, we loved so much, (thank you Letty!!) The beach is very close, beautiful sand beach, you just pass few stairs, as we were in May, it felt like the beach was just for us. The hotel offers you sunbrella and beach towels that you can exchange every few days. Would definitely come back.

This was my third visit to the hotel, and everything was fab again. We shared a lovely junior suite with an amazing patio and sea view. I most love the calm atmosphere and the lovely breakfast with such good choice of local produce. And staff really all try to help as much as they can to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Dinner is buffet style but also nice with lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely six days!

The only suggestion i have, as a morning tea drinker: please have larger mugs or offer a teapot to not need to go back to the machine again and again.

Fantastic view. Nice and clean swimming pool. Not very crowded. Large rooms and balcony. The beach down is nice and unorganized with very few people (peaceful). Good breakfast and very kind and nice staff

The halfboard could be better in terms of variety and taste. The sofa bed could be more comfortable. Clean better under the beds!🙂

This a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea views, beach and nature. I loved the vegetation around the hotel, lots of trees of different types and next to the hotel an olive tree plantation. The direct access from the hotel to the beach is great and the beach is very good! crystal water and good opportunity for snorkel. We got a very nice room with terrace and amazing sea view. The breakfast was also good. Totally recommended, I would go back

spacious room and ultra clean. the breakfast is fabulous. the beach just next to the hotel is ok.

I booked a sea view room for the extra price and it was having “somehow” a sea view. also to those who are vampires like me, the curtains do not block the light while the sun comes up in the morning. for sure this is a matter of taste.

Everything was perfect.

It was just perfect. I booked it so i can travel from it to both sides of the coastline and visit amazing beaches and places. But when ever i wanted i had my own private beach just a few steps down from the hotel.. Loved it. Would come back without hesitation.

The hotel is located at a beautiful part of the island with stunning views, pool and private-like beach, all staff were friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We ended up going half board as the food was great.

The hotel is renovated, our room was new. The breakfast and dinners were good. The pool is clean with lots of sunbeds around and outside shower. There are approximately 70 stairs down to the small beach under the hotel, however there are no sunbeds, you can just bring your own towel. The beach is usually empty and chill. We had room no.1 101 and unfortunately we could hear nosies in the evening, probably from other rooms. Also, since the southern part of Crete is really windy, you could hear wind during the night, so I recommend bring the earplugs. The staff si very very nice and welcoming with really good english.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! We were looking for something quiet and peaceful with a great ocean view - and found it. The hotel is very clean, the staff unbelievably friendly. They gave us the best room probably. It was isolated (no room neighbours) and had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The room itself was pretty big, almost like a suite, with a seating area and a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good and had decent choices. We also tried dinner, which was super cheap at 10€ for the buffet. The pool kind of sits on a cliff, so that you can see the ocean. The pool furniture and every other furniture in the hotel was high-quality and we always found empty sunbeds when we went to the pool. The hotel also lends you pool/beach towels for free. The beach is a five minute walk down a couple of stairs. It is secluded, so perfect if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. I can also highly recommend the massages, just ask for a flyer at the reception. All in all, a beautiful family-owned hotel. I cant wait to return!

ALL perfect! I am afraid I cannot highlight anything in particular because everything was just great. Staff, location, room, hotel facilities, parking, breakfast. I will totally get back to this place if I get back to Crete sometime in the future.

the Staff was the most friendly team we ever encounters in any hotel ! this people are amazing, Theodora, Eleni, Sofia, Marina, Sula, Letty and Manos , thank you for all you did for us which such pleasure and happy! it were 3,5 beautiful weeks. beautiful “private” beach, breakfast and dinner always different and very good. cleaning from room and the whole complex is perfect.
