Big and comfortable apartment in a quiet area but still within walking distance of all the restaurants and beaches in Agios Nikolaos. AC and WiFi worked great too. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was useful to have a washing machine. We could see the ocean from the apartment which made it even nicer. Chrisa is a lovely host who had many tips and offered us some nice traditional pastries and fruit upon arrival, as well as some parting gifts. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect. Location is very central with a fantastic view over the sea to the mountains. Apartment is modern, clean & very comfortable. And the host, Chrisa, is exceptionally kind, helpful & generous. Thank you very much for the welcome treats and the farewell gifts - all really appreciated.

We liked everything - and found the bed to be very comfortable.

We stayed for 12 nights and it was wonderful. The apartment has everything you could need and more. It was spotlessly clean and with lots of lovely personal touches. Two lovely bedrooms, one double and one twin. Spacious open plan living/dinning area with fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom and a store room which was great for our suitcases. We were given such a warm welcome by Chrisa and had great communication before and during our stay. The location was great as it’s five minutes from lake, shops and bars in one direction and a nice sandy beach and more restaurants in the other. The nearest bay is just two minutes away with great restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend a stay in the lovely apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. This is a wonderful, comfortable apartment with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Christa was an amazing hostess, she met us directly at the apartment as she lives right above it. She gave us great tips regarding what to do and see, where to go to eat and even made us some homemade bread and cake as well as had some fruit for us as a welcome present. The apartment was clean and very well taken care of and perfectly located for exploring Agios Nikolaios. Eventhough it is located very central it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking can be a bit tight, but we have no other remarks. Everything was great.

Everything was just great. Wonderful apartment, good location and a great host. The apartment was comfortable, very well decorated and impeccably clean, with all the utilities you might need. There`s a TV in the living room, AC was working properly and the WI-FI was good. The city centre is a five minute walk where you can find restaurants, bars and grocery shops. You can usually find a parking spot in front of the house. If not, then you can find one down the street nearby. We drove to different beaches every day. The owner, Chrisa, welcomed us with fresh fruits, drinks and homemade cookies and gave us a lot of useful informations about beaches and places to visit. She`s very friendly, always available and she even let us check out later which gave us some extra time to enjoy Agios Nikolaos. She also helped carry my heavy luggage upstairs! That is what I call a supeeerhost! :-) If we ever come back to Agios Nikolaos, we will book this place again!

The whole experience was great. But if I have to write something then I would recommend investing in a mattress topper - cause the bed was a bit too firm for us. But it is also a matter of a personal preference I guess.

If you ever had the strong wish to 'eat from the floor' - here you can do it. We were absolutely stunned by the cleanliness and accuracy of this apartment! The interior is almost new, technical facilities just perfect (working satellite TV - the only one we found all over crete :)! When we arrived, we found fresh fruits and self made cookies in the apartment. When we left, we recieved self made quince jam and a portion of olive oil - just amazing! Chrisa is a superhost: warm-hearted, full of tipps and always available.

If you are looking for a cozy apartment well situated and in a quiet area, this is the place ...The hostess is super friendly and helpful, she made us feel at home from the moment we step in the apartment and mad us leave wanting to come back. The apartment is well renovated and has a modern and net design.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Location 10/10, close to the beach, marina, bars and restaurants, parking, not noisy at all. Apartment 10/10, clean and spacious, with a nice view of the sea. There is an air conditioner and good WiFi. Our host gave useful tips how to get around the town. Welcome fruits&home made cace was very delicious too. We have got small gift at the end as well. We were suprised. Would come back again.

Everything was amazing. The host left us a lot of useful informations about the city and where to eat. The apartament was really clean, well equiped with devices and the view is amazing. Also the beach is at 2 minute distance and also the city center. I really recommend the location.😁

I booked the place after reading the many enthusiastic comments of former guests. I can only add mine today. Chrisa is just perfect: welcoming, sympathetic, always smiling. She welcomed us with homemade pastries, fresh fruit from her mother’s courtyard, chilled drinks. She insisted on giving us a bottle of her homemade olive oil when we left (unfortunately we couldn’t accept because we had only cabin baggage and the bottle wasn’t going to be allowed on our flight back home). The flat is large, clean, ideally located near all interesting places and gives on the marina. When you are In Agios Nikolaos, just one piece of advice: go to Chrisa’s ! John and family, from France

The apartment was well placed to access all areas of Agios Nikolaos It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed, including a view of the sea Chrisa the host is wonderful, she told us lots of information and left welcome pastries, bread and biscuits I would highly recommend to stay here 😊
