Todo el hotel es excelente, la atención, la comida, las instalaciones, la recreación dirigida y de manera especial la playa y el Chiringuito. Destaco el trato respetuoso por parte del personal del hotel para todos los huéspedes.

El desayuno, super excelente, las instalaciones y la playa una maravilla. Igual que el personal, siempre atentos y con actividades todos los días.

Este hotel es una maravilla, es lujoso de una manera sencilla, invita a realmente a relajarse. Fuimos por unos días y tuvimos que ampliar nuestra estadía para seguir disfrutando. Desayuno delicioso, piscinas y playas bien mantenidas, personal amable y atentos, el equipo de entretenimiento nos hizo pasar noches de mucha alegría, las cabañas del segundo piso son lo mejor! , sin duda volveremos

Air conditioner to loud.

Of all the good things the hotel has, the staff is the best. They are very kind and get out of their way to help the guest be comfortable. The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. Beds are really comfortable. The beach is well maintained and breakfast is good.

The menu could have some variety, including healthier options. Most meals are fried. There’s no other restaurant at a walking distance. Pizza is really good.

The area is perfect and loved watching the sunset at night, I loved the prices of drinks and food, I loved the cats on the property, they were so fun and never aggressive, the cleanliness of the resort was great.

The convention next door was a bit busy, there were times where there was to many things happening at once and noise got out of hand but not everywhere so finding a quiet spot was possible. The seating in the restaurant could have had more spots for guests.

The staff are brilliant, very friendly and accommodating! They also took great care of my little dog and provided him with a bed and bowls. Breakfast is brilliant in this hotel and I love Laura who served me at breakfast, she's so friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the main part of the hotel this time. Next time I'll stay back in the bungalows as I prefer it there.

The room and facilities here were all superb! It’s a very modern and comfortable hotel right on the beach in a quiet area. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff were lovely, especially Danna, Laura and the lovely older gentleman who served breakfast.

The staff at the beach bar were at times slow to take my order as they congregate round the bar and don’t notice when you need something.

Nice hotel at the nice beach. Quite clean with good service.

Food in the restaurants was rather poor taste. Quality OK but quite boring.

Very good location, this is the second time we stay at Estelar and we love it. The beach is private, although they are vendors walking around, selling stuff (which is nice) but there’s always security guys walking around.

Check-in process could be a bit faster.

Very nice beach. Perfect for swimming. Close to the airport. Convenient location.

Loud music playing non stop at the beach. Lots of vendors bothering you. Breakfast was not very good. The room was very average.

Two different issues with billing services. Not enough staff to service on time

This place is amazing! great location / clean and tidy. Staff was helpful, friendly and kind. Best experience and highly recommend.

Can't think in anything.

The cabanas were comfortable, and had good air conditioning only a few metres from the beach. The bathrooms were lovely. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

On the last day of our holiday, the electricity supply to the cabanas was being updated, we only received notification the evening before, when a letter was slipped under the door. The electricity was going to be off between 8am and 11am and 2pm to 5pm. Obviously this meant no air conditioning, fridge or water (shower). We enquired at reception regarding this as we thought it was unreasonable and we should have been notified when we booked the hotel. We were assured by the assistant manager that the electricity would only be off for an hour or so, but in fact it was off from 10am until 8.30pm. We were given a complimentary evening buffet lunch as a gesture of good will, but considering the price per night to stay at the hotel we felt we should have been offered a free night or a good discount should we return in the future.
