The food was simply excellent. The rooms were very comfortable. The place was beautiful. The pool was great for young kids. Staff was super nice and helpful

Everything was great! The breakfast, the staff was very helpful, too. Very good food, also plenty vegetarian options. Gorgeous location, between the trees, right at the beach and by taxi close to tayrona national parc. We enjoyed an excellent massage while hearing the ocean waves - perfect. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the stunning nature.

Their restaurant served amazing food with quite a large menu. I enjoyed the sea bass filet, posta negra and seafood rice very much. Breakfast had multiple options. The service was nice and the hotel was quiet enough you felt like you were at a private resort or vacation home. The owners Sergio and his wife were very welcoming and made time to talk to say hello and check in with their guests daily. The location, pool and ammenities were perfect. The "help yourself" bar was a nice homey touch. Our beds were made nicely daily. Nice ocean side furniture and shade. Also, no sand flies when we went end of February!

I don't have any real dislikes but I will mention the menu pricing was on the higher end for colombia (20-30k for apps and 50-66k for mains) and there aren't other accessible options close by I don't think. The place could do to have an espresso machine for cappuccinos ;) I didnt see a real cocktail menu, mostly beer/wine/spirits though maybe they can make some upon request. We got the room #1 beside reception, the only one on the main floor but we didn't mind. There are definitely insects that get into the room, mostly millipedes, which is normal for the beach and didn't really bother us we just put them back outside. The facilities were very clean. Also be aware the beach is not suitable for swimming, the waves are rough.

fantastic location amazing staff couldn’t do enough for you .Immaculately clean large well appointed small property with max 5 rooms never a feels crowded it’s the epitome of chilled and relaxed z. There are numerous activities to book if you get bored frankly we never left the hotel as the place abs staff are amazing . The food is the best we have in Colombia . i can recommend this place highly enough

Above all, we liked the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, every dish we tried was tasty. The location and facilities are perfect for resting, and if you like nature, you will have fun listening and watching a variety of birds and lizards. We will visit again.

Sergio and Diana are great hosts. We told them in advance we are vegans, and Diana prepared a three meal menu for each day we were staying with them.

My husband and I really love the location. The garden area and the hotel look beautiful. Good breakfast, good service. (Ceviche was great, compliments to the chef) If you are looking forward to having some rest and chill, here is the place. The beach is beautiful but swimming is almost impossible because of driftwood/ waves, but luckily there is a pool! We really enjoy the pool area, and the bats at night time :)

I wish there was A/C in the rooms, it was hard to sleep because of the heat. Fans are not enough for Caribbean summer.

Fantastic hotel with incredibly welcoming staff. Great location near Buritaca and Tayrona National Park. Lovely bar on the beach and amazing sunsets.

All was perfect ! The people are nice, caring, warm, you feel immediately like you’re part of the family. The rooms are very comfortable, the garden and the swimming pool beautiful and clean. Perfect location, quiet and close to the national Park. Totally recommend it, we’ll be back soon

It was a paradise after all the other places I lived in that area. Everything was good. Separately, I want to highlight a good shower with hot water. Restaurant food was always good, not like in the most of places in Colombia.

Check all the payments you will do in this hotel. Like everywhere in Colombia they can try to cheat you. When I was checking out they showed me the bill 250.000 COP, after I cleaned up the bill from the positions I didn't order it became ony 150.000 COP. I think that time of the year I was there the place was a bit of overpriced. It has a private beach but I you can't swim because of the red flag (big waves).

The privacy afforded by the location as well as having a trip off season was the key to an amazing experience. The fact that there are a limited number of rooms and a dedicated staff blew me away. The staff is exceptional in every way - a textbook example of professionalism and hospitality.

The pool was down due to maintenance. And the rip tides were dangerous so we couldn't enjoy the water. Which is not a demerit to the facilities but rather it being off season.

Food was amaaaazing and I need to learn how to make French Toast that good. Everything we ate was outstanding.

Be careful - the waves can be very wild. The water wasn't easily swimmable or surf-able while we were there; lots of debris when you stepped in. Given that there are surfing opportunities nearby, it seemed like the beach might be more hospitable for recreation.

Great stay. The best is how calm and secluded this place is. If you want time to relax this is a great place to be. The place is next to Gitana del Mar a better known hotel, but this other hotel will also deliver a great experience. The comfortable and spaciousness, , the pool, the safety at the beach, it is not crowded, the food is delicious

Food is great but portions tend to be small and reparation takes like 30 mins. If you are really hungry, you may want to order 2 dishes in advance.
